Nestled on the rear of our 5 acre property, this private dog park features a serene country backdrop with views of barns, corn fields with cabins that you can use the porches to relax in rocking chairs and watch your furry friend(s) have fun. We have chickens and dogs on the property that will be isolated from guests via separate fencing but cannot be seen once you enter the sniff spot. We are always looking for ways to improve so if you have any suggestions please leave them inside the White Barn as you enter the property to park.

Tranquil Tails - 1.5 acre Fully Fenced PRIVATE Yard

Welcome to our spot, the perfect place for your friend to enjoy some off-leash time in a safe and controlled environment. We understand that some dogs may be reactive or require a bit more space, and we are happy to accommodate their needs. Our location offers plenty of room for your dog to explore and play without the worry of unexpected encounters being in the yard. Our immediate neighbors on the southern property line now have dogs, and you may occasionally see or hear them during your visit but seems to be a rare instance that they come to the fence line. A kiddie pool is available in the summer, but I will need to be notified in advance on whether or not you would like it filled. Two humans per dog are allowed unless arrangements are made with me in advance. Please note that the yard may be wet or muddy after rain or snow. Additionally, mole holes might be present in some areas (providing extra sniffing opportunities!) 😜 Additionally, our spot is conveniently located right by the B&O Trail, making it easy for you to warm up or cool down your visit with a walk. Come visit us and give your dog the freedom they deserve!! Feel free to bring a speaker if you want to listen to music during your visit! 🐾

Our property is a mix of 2 open pastures, and trails through the woods. There is a smaller totally fenced in area (former goat enclosure) that’s great for working on recall and scent work. We have 2 houses with yards at the address. Simply follow the driveway past the yards to the Spot behind. When you see the white barn, you’re there! Feel free to roam and play. Off leash is fine as long as your friend has good recall. Our dogs have their own fenced yards up at the houses. Our property borders a riding stable on one side, so you may see horses and riders. On the other side of the property is a shooting range (about a mile away) so if your pooch is gun shy be aware you could hear shots.

This 5+ acre parcel is full of fallow field fun for you and your pets! This farm is also a certified wildlife habitat, so it's great for birding if you enjoy that! Humans can stay on the mowed pathways while the dogs roam the open fields. Active farming activities including beehives, vegetable growing areas and bramble patch! While the area is only partially fenced, a large ditch to the south, creek to the north, and natural wooded boundaries define the edges of the parcel. Recommended for dogs on leash or under good voice control as a nearby road is quite busy. Feel free to view the growing areas and honeybee activity, but please do not allow dogs to enter or dig in active crop areas nor molest the beehive located in the far SW corner of the property. We are located in the center of Flora Indiana, snuggled in between two friendly houses and neighbors that have dogs that are friendly. We also have cats inside and a big bay window they will be watching you out of haha! It’s usually quiet around but someone you have your average traffic noise. We don't scoop our dogs poop usually so there is some land mines here and there, sorry!
