We're a 1 acre property tucked into a little corner of rural area off of 39 in Zephyrhills. The area is bustling with farm life. We have some areas that are sunny and some that are shaded. It's relatively quiet, but does have moments of farm activity. Some of the wildlife that you may see in the area are: Sandhill Cranes, Red Cardinals, Bluejays, Catbirds, Pileated Woodpeckers, Eastern Gray Squirrels, Black Vultures, and Red Shoulder Hawks. Some of the farm life you may see/hear: horses, chickens, emus, peacocks, goats, pigs, donkeys, feral cats, and cows. We have folding chairs, a porch swing, and a tree swing available to you to relax in. We offer fresh water and a bowl for your dog, if needed. And we have a small trash bucket available. Check out spot: We’re available any time between 8:30am - 8:30pm daily. Our yard is fenced in and sits on a corner next to a walking path, with a private entrance. It’s all grass with a few trees and saplings growing. There is plenty of room for running around, catching a ball or just relaxing in the sun. There is a table and umbrella seating area, toys to play with, water bowl and poop bags are provided. The scenery is just like being in a park, surrounded by mature Oak trees.

You can drive right into the back yard, latch the gate, and let your doggy go wild! Approx. .5 acre of mowed lawn . 1 mature tree for shade. Also 1 chair for their humans to sit in and enjoy watching their dog run wild! We also now offer a water sprinkler that is hose fed if your dogs want to run through it.

Kylie's Backyard Oasis with Turf, Pool & Fully Fenced Yard

Large backyard oasis for pets and humans to share! Large turf area with Adirondack chairs for the humans and dog toys and water for the pups. The pool is large with a sun shelf for small and large dogs toys cool off. There are lounge chairs and outdoor furniture for humans and dog beds for the pups. The pool is independently enclosed so you control access to that area when entering. The pool is kept at 87 degrees. There are water stations and hoses for the pups in both the turf and pool areas. There is an outdoor fridge for the humans if they want to bring water or drinks and keep them cool. The entire yard is surrounded by a 6 foot wood privacy fence so your pups can run free without distractions. We hope you enjoy our oasis!
