Hello! My space is specifically built for the pups, I run a small doggie daycare tues-fri afternoons so these will be unavailable for rent, outside of that you are free to utilize the space! Turf is cleaned once a week, we also have a poop service to help with the cleanliness of the space, although we are pretty thorough daily to keep up with all messes. One side of the fence (leads into neighbors yard) is shorter than the rest about 4ft tall. If you have a jumper I would just keep a close eye. I have not had an issue Please use the gate to the left of the front door, and head on back! Everything is free to use, the misters are right by the hose - you just have connection the hose!

Hi everyone! I absolutely love this app and want to offer up our yard to anyone who needs to get their pup out to just stretch their legs and get some zoomies out. I will admit, the yard isn’t the BEST, it’s a work in progress, but if you live in an apartment and just want to be able to let your dog off leash to have some fun, this is a perfect spot for you at a really great price. I’m a certified dog trainer with 2 dogs of my own and know how important it is to be able to let your dog get their sniffs and zoomies in. The fence is nearly brand new, no holes. Play monitoring and puppy dates are available on request, making it ideal for solo adventures or joyful playdates, including medium to large pup gatherings for those acclimated.

Perfect for dogs that need space to run, play, and explore. Variety of footing - mowed grass, rock, flagstone. Also has a large number of shrubs and trees for sniffing and exploring around. There are resident squirrels that frequently run the back fence for entertainment as well! I do not use chemicals in my yard for pests or weeds. There is a table and chairs with an umbrella for use, as well as a large hammock that is shaded in the afternoons. The umbrella and hammock are unavailable during the winter months.
