The space is mostly lush grass and secured with a 6-foot privacy fence, offering plenty of room for off-leash fun. There’s also a child’s play structure that curious pups (or kids) may enjoy exploring, plus open space for fetch, zoomies, or sniffing to their heart’s content. For humans, our large covered patio features comfortable shaded seating around a spacious table—perfect for relaxing while your dog plays. Whether you’re looking for a quiet escape or an energetic outing, the yard provides a clean, welcoming environment for both dogs and their people. We’ve stocked the space with a few thoughtful extras to make your visit even easier: • Hand sanitizer and wet wipes • Poop bags and trash can • Mini fridge with flavored seltzer water (when temps are consistently above freezing!) • Dog water bowl • A variety of dog toys • Hose • Kiddie pool for pups to cool off in (in warm months) • Dog kibble for treats If there’s anything else you need, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate when we can!

Fully fenced private oasis. Small pond for dogs to cool their paws (non potable water I am not guaranteeing water quality). Patio area for humans to relax. Shaded with lots of mature trees. Lots of room to run and play. Neighbor does have a dog who is occasionally outside. Park on driveway or street. Come in on either side of the house through the gate. There is a sink and bowl of water if you’d like to pour your dog a freshie. We use a dog poop composting service so you can reduce your “pawprint”

Welcome to Waffles Ranch! We're excited to share our little slice of Colorado with you and your pups. Our 0.5-acre fully fenced private pasture offers plenty of space to run, sniff, explore, and play—all with beautiful views of North Table Mountain and room to roam. We created Waffles Ranch because we know how valuable it can be to have a safe, private place where dogs can truly stretch their legs, train, and enjoy the outdoors. Whether your pup loves zoomies, chasing scents, practicing new skills, or simply relaxing in a quieter environment, we hope you'll feel at home here. Guests are welcome to enjoy our splash pad, dog pool, fresh water station, bowls, toys, waste bags, towels, and agility equipment, including jumps, weave poles, and a tunnel. Unwind under the pine trees in our shaded seating area, complete with two chairs and a coffee table (and don't worry if your pup hops on the table—ours certainly does!). For your comfort, the pasture and seating area are treated periodically with pet-safe products to help reduce mosquitoes and make outdoor play more enjoyable for both dogs and humans. Accessibility note: Waffles Ranch includes an upper grassy area with shade and seating, accessible by stairs. Dogs with mobility limitations or joint issues may prefer to remain in the lower pasture. (We are working on solutions to make this more accessible for all pups!) We're always making improvements and would love your feedback as Waffles Ranch continues to grow. Country Run's 58 Acre Private Ranch In Conifer

Country Run's Private Ranch is 58 acres located just shy of one mile off of Highway 285 off of Pleasant Park Road. An amazing location - a hidden gem. As you walk from the parking area along the path, the property opens up into a beautiful aspen forest with wooden benches and a large meadow. Half way down the meadow on the left (west) side is a small riparian area with Alder trees - the beginning of several spring fed creeks. The hillside on the east side of the property offers rock outcroppings, large rock benches and 360 views. Our dogs thoroughly enjoy their time here and we hope your dog does, too! Depending on the time of year, the spring fed area can be muddy, an old towel is recommended for the drive home. This property is perfect for dog walks, picnics and celebrations. Hi! We have a fully fenced backyard with access to water, a clean water bowl (cleaned after each visitor), toys for kids and pups, a swing set for little visitors, and comfortable seating for the humans (no dogs on the furniture please). We have lots of wildlife (foxes, raccoons, bunnies, squirrels) tracking through our neighborhood and our yard, so there are lots of things to sniff! (Site name is in honor of our sweet hound dog Fred who we said goodbye to earlier this year. He loved this place, was friends with the bunnies, and sniffed every single blade of grass 😇)

We are working hard to clean up the backyard again after the tornado went through, but fences are back up, and just some random tree branches left to pick up. The wood chips around the play ground did blow away to Kansas I’m guessing. The yard has concrete edging to protect your pups paws from the sharp metal edging that is out there. Plenty of shade on the deck or under the tree, water bowl for the pups, and hoping to get the little pool set up soon too.
