45Nice big area and quiet. They do disclose it's an active horse field so there is a lot of horse droppings which was too much for our pup. It would also be nice if they had a trash can so you can dispose of your dogs dropping and not have to carry it home. Overall, very nice setup just not ideal for our pup

55It is a great location for training and sniffing. Unfortunately my dog a rescue has an issue with goats (not the horses) that I was unaware of. So I left early so not to distress her goats. I may come back but it would be leash training and only if the property owner is okay with it. Great location.

55Great time! My dog loved it and got nice and tired out😍 we’ll be back for sure. Perfect location if me to do off-leash training because there’s just enough distractions for my dog to learn to deal with but not so many that he got overwhelmed. Some goats from a neighboring field came to watch, which was cute. They were completely separated from the Sniffspot location though and I don’t think there’s any chance of a dog getting through the secure fence.
55This is a great spot! I loved having an open field for my boy to run around in. The fence and the gates are secure. It is a working farm so you will see other animals, there was a young cat, goats and horses in the front field. We had a good time.
55Great spot! My doggo enjoyed all the smells (and horse poop) that come with a small farm. Fencing was top notch, so I really felt secure letting her run around. Highly recommend!

“Barn cats roam the barn and house area. Please keep dogs on a close leash when not in the field. Goat pasture shares a fence line with the sniff spit field. They don’t usually come up to the fence but you will be able to see them. There are kittens in the barn. One of the reasons sniff spit visitors do not have access to the barn. Horses are in the front pasture you pass on your way in. You will also pass the chicken enclosure on your way to the sniff spot field”

Description

Beautiful 3.5 acres field adjacent to goat herd and woods. Field is away from the road and fully fenced with wire and wood fencing. There is a hose for water right outside the gate for dogs and humans (water is the same water that serves the house). Large trees offer shade. Visitors must stay in the designated field and may not open the gates to the goat pastures, access the house yards, or go into the woods beyond the property.

We have two barn cats. They hang around the barn and house area. Please keep a close hold on your dog when getting out of the car. Gate are about 6” about the ground for clearance so small dogs may be able to slip under Low spots can collect water and dog may get dirty Horses also use this field. This home has young children who like to play outside. However if your dog cannot tolerate children please reach out to coordinate a time when they will not be around so that you and your pet may have a peaceful time.
