Location

Description

Private horse farm situated on 10 acres surrounded by trees and very secluded. The front pasture is approximately 3 acres and has split rail fence covered with wire mesh for your pups safety. There is a picnic table with an umbrella to relax at while your pup/pups frolic in the field. There are trees and shady areas for your pet to get out of the sun and roll around in the grass. There are dog toys, towels and water bowls. There is a water hydrant for fresh water as needed.

Hazards

The pasture may be uneven and there may be divots from the horses. There are some large rocks and smaller ones through out the pasture and some low wet spots if it rains. There is a small pile of wood next to a stump and there are stumps from trees that were cut down throughout the pasture. There is an abundance of wildlife around that pass through the pasture from deer to bunnies and foxes among other creatures I'm sure! There is a hot wire along the top of the fence that will be turned off.

This was our first Sniffspot experience and it was amazing! Directions were easy to follow and the fenced area was huge and secure. Big thank you to Danielle!! There was a hose available (fantastic for cooling the dogs off). We did faintly hear dogs barking far off and saw a small amount of horse/deer(?) poo inside the area (no more than you would have on a normal hike in the woods), but neither of these were problems for us at all! Beautiful property and so thankful for it!

The directions were good and the house number easy to see - it was either on the mailbox or on a sign. The parking directions were also clear. The field was wonderful. My dogs got to run and then we did some retriever training.

Beautiful spot and exactly as described. There are some piles of horse manure in the enclosure which my dog was quite interested in, so that could be problematic if you are without wipes for your pup.
Host replied: Thanks so much for the review Erin! So sorry about the manure. We pick up the field every time the horses are out but maybe missed some. The deer are in the field at night too so maybe it was from them. Either way, again, I’m so sorry. There are wipes, hand sanitizer, dog towels and paper towels in the container by the picnic table for all to use if necessary. It’s a good reminder for me to leave dog shampoo by the hose in case other visitors find something fun to roll in. Thanks and hope to see you again.

We loved it here! It was a nice spot for our dog. Very spacious. There were toys and treats for the dog. And also they left some snacks for the dog owners as well. It was a wonderful experience. We’ll be back soon!

Everything is set for your visit with simple to follow instructions, toys, water for the pups and a bench under a tree to relax. My Catahoula ran like he's never run before. 😊

We brought Bruno to a terrific enclosed field to play his favorite game, chuckie ball. Sooo much room to throw the ball out so he could run full tilt. We had a picnic lunch under the tree shade at the picnic table. Everything was just as stated, the amenities were available, and the trip there was a nice country drive. Danielle’s spot is a keeper! We’ll be back! Thanks!

This was my first Sniffspot, and Danielle’s space was so awesome! She provided some snacks, water, and toys on the picnic table, which was a great touch. The fence is secure all around too.

A nice little yard in Lansdale

We have a fully fenced yard. There is a maple tree to provide shade in the afternoon and a patio umbrella in the morning. There is seating for five. The cushions are in the deck box on the patio. Also, there is a basket of dog toys in the large bin. If you have any questions, please ask! Please enjoy yourself!
