We’re excited to share our private 2-acre organic apple orchard with you and your dog! It is completely enclosed with a 10-foot tall fence. It’s great for dogs who love to run as well as those who need a quiet place to explore. Because our farm sits a bit off the main road, it is usually a peaceful and relaxing environment. I have removed the water trough for the colder months. There is occasional mud especially right after a rain. There are bee boxes located outside of the back/northern fence line (your dog will not be able to access them). Due to the nature of our property and the outdoor environment, I cannot guarantee the absence of wildlife, wildlife scat, insects, mud, fallen fruit, weather-related conditions, or other natural elements. We’ve intentionally left the land natural. No crowds. No traffic. No barking from neighboring dog parks. No pressure to hurry. Just open sky, green fields, cool water, and the freedom to enjoy them together. Some days bring bright sunshine and dragonflies skimming the pond. Other days bring dramatic summer clouds rolling across the horizon, turning the landscape into something that feels almost timeless. Every visit is a little different. 15 acres completely fenced in with a large pond (approximately 4 acres), and a stream. The pond is spring fed with fish and other aquatic wildlife. Dogs are welcome to swim in the pond or splash in the stream. The property also features an 18 hole private disc golf course that can be added as an extra. Feel free to reach out with questions!

We are excited to share our backyard with you. It’s a fully fenced backyard in Okemos. We have several large gardens in the yard and a small fenced in pond. There is a smaller fenced in area next to the patio if needed. We have found it helpful while training our reactive dog. Please help yourself to the toys. The screened in patio is available to use. There’s a table and 4 chairs and a bowl of cold water for your dog. Also the poop bags and hand sanitizer are in the plastic container on the table. The trash is against the back wall. Please return any toys you may use and towels are available if needed.

Our spot offer private uninterrupted sniff time, less distraction for more reactive dogs, and privacy. A Field with Milkweed and lots of butterfly's Iin the sumner and beautiful snows in the winter. .There is plenty of shade and places to cool off, including use of hose to fill pool. Would like to fill only 1/4 oif the way then empty when finished. I will put a fla by the faucet for hose. HOSE NEEDS TO BE TURNED OFF when done filling pool VERY IMPORTANT. Please do not allow off leashe dogs to approach my kennels. Training will be in process with other dogs in building. Property is also groomed against ticks , mosquitoes, or other pests. I run a training/boarding facility for dogs so we have a person that works with MSU for safe and effective treatment for ticks, bugs, fleas or other common nuisances in our region. Your dogs safety is our priority.
