Hello! Welcome to K8’s Mo’Tail! Where we offer a “island” to you and your pups! The island is completely surrounded by water and the only entrance on to the island is through a double door covered bridge! We do have goats and ducks but they usually keep to themselves! I have 2 50ft leads available to be used but you must provide your own dog life jacket if you want them to wear one!

The fenced area is entered on the right side of the property through swinging gates. Our property is a mix of 2 open pastures, and trails through the woods. There is a smaller totally fenced in area (former goat enclosure) that’s great for working on recall and scent work. We have 2 houses with yards at the address. Simply follow the driveway past the yards to the Spot behind. When you see the white barn, you’re there! Feel free to roam and play. Off leash is fine as long as your friend has good recall. Our dogs have their own fenced yards up at the houses. Our property borders a riding stable on one side, so you may see horses and riders. On the other side of the property is a shooting range (about a mile away) so if your pooch is gun shy be aware you could hear shots.
