35This is a dog training facility and you can hear the dogs barking almost the whole time. Not the peaceful stroll if thats what youre looking for. Other than that, the place is very big and lots of room to toss the ball.
55Perfect for dogs to swim! We had a blast.
35Not our favorite spot, especially for the price. The pasture is too close to the road to be unfenced and I don’t think they were particularly excited about us wanting to use the pond, which is the main thing we look for in a SniffSpot. The pond is very muddy, both of my white dogs left brown so just be prepared. The outdoor kennels with barking dogs was sad to us as well
55This ​This was my very first SniffSpot, and it was the perfect pick! It’s definitely going to be a favorite. While I was a little unsure where to go upon arrival, Kelvin was right there to direct me (for future guests: it’s the first white fence entrance on the left). Kelvin was incredibly accommodating and quickly put his own dogs away when my two reacted to their greeting. My dogs had an absolute blast exploring the massive fenced field and the large pond. We even spotted a gorgeous blue heron! It was such a refreshing escape from the city into the country. Thank you, Kelvin—we will be back soon!

55My dogs had a blast! The grass was long getting down to the pond so if you have mobility issues that may be an issue, but it didn’t bother us at all!
45Visit was good! House is clearly marked and instructions helpful. Owner checked in via app midway through the session and willing to answer any questions. Grass was grown long but brushed down. Would recommend bug spray

55A picturesque countryside hidden gem. Plenty of open space to run, explore, and chase the butterflies, and buttercups in the field. The neighbors horses came up to the fence and the pups were thrilled. Adventured to the pond where Gracie Lou and Snickers rolled around in the waters edge and cooled off in the soft mud. The breeze brought just enough air to make the afternoon pleasant. Great place to explore and get exercise.

Located in lees Summit , we have a pond for the swimmers , and even a little way to walk around the pond .. beautiful flat area with some room to run ..THE HOUSE has a white fence with a DOG training sign on the front fencing , NOT the HORSE STABLE next door ! Your visit can start at the white fencing up front and there’s a “start here “ sign placed on the fence .. ENJOY!!

So your dog must have recall, lease or electric collar for response. Perfect place to train hunting dogs. But please use your own decoys and leave our wild critters live. Very safe place to take your dog for exercise or training. Be kind and pick up after yourself and dogs. Might want to bring tick spray for both you and your dogs.
