55Our pups had a blast running & exploring! Property is beautiful with wild flowers & lots of room to run & play. Like the listing mentions the grass & foliage is very tall & we prepared ourselves & our dogs for ticks as recommended. We didn’t find the stream/creek as it’s a bit difficult to navigate the entire property because of how tall the foliage is but no biggie! Millie & Sunny loved it & are happily exhausted. Thank you!

55This was our first Sniffspot experience! My German Shepherd is almost 4yo and has never been out like this before due to some fear base reactivity. So I thought I’d give this a try as our first outing! It was perfect. Large wide open space and plenty to sniff. Kiska loved it and is currently snoozing away.

55This is a beautiful spot with tons of potential! It is easy to park and access the space. It’s very private, surrounded by trees. We saw one car drive by the whole time. We could hear some voices in the distance from the rock island trail but with the tree line, we couldn’t see anything. The grass is quite tall right now but I knew that before hand as I had asked the host and she was very nice and fast to respond. She also said a poop station is coming soon so we carried it out today, but appreciated the communication! We did bring our own water. It’s great if you have a reactive dog and just want some guaranteed privacy!

Description

My husband and I bought this beautiful 23 acres with ambitions to have family friendly venue in the future with gardens and animals. But for now while we get all our ducks in a row we would love you to use it to spoil your dog for a running free experience. We have streams beds on both sides of the property, they are the property boundary to the east and north. The rock island trail runs on the south west corner section. Property has access to the trail. Its a beautiful place to have a walk ending with a picnic with your pets. The property isnt fenced in. So your dog must have recall, lease or electric collar for response. Perfect place to train hunting dogs. But please use your own decoys and leave our wild critters live. Very safe place to take your dog for exercise or training. Be kind and pick up after yourself and dogs. Might want to bring tick spray for both you and your dogs.

Nice large, open yard for lots of running around. Quiet setting with frequent deer sightings. We have hummingbird and bird feeders that are much visited. We have native plants that attract many butterflies. There is a kiddie pool for the dogs to splash in, seasonally. There are multiple seating areas for humans in both sunny and shady spots: a glider at the back of the yard by the pool, seating in the garden and ample seating on the large deck with another glider. Please feel free to utilize the deck. We do not enter the sunroom that is up against the deck when guests are here. Enjoy the hammock and saucer swing. The Sniffspot box has everything you need including toys and towels to dry off after a satisfying splash in the pool. We are constantly updating and improving our yard to make it as beautiful and fun as possible.
