Double lot, lots of grass, great training/play area. Leaf piles in fall, 🍂, snow in winter ❄️. I clean/disinfect bowls/provide fresh water. fire pit/sitting area/blankets/drinks for humans. Motorized pergola opens/shuts for weather. Borrow a blanket on the couch if needed during your visit. My resident dog: med tricolor mix, friendly, quiet/sticks close to me or sleeps in the house. You won't hear or see her. Very secure yard. I close curtains/lock all doors/dog door. *Neighbors are very quiet. On occasion they do host people to watch football/hockey outdoors in their yard, but not all the time. Feel free to message me to confirm. 🪧 🅿️ Read street sweeping signs. This is not a regular sized backyard, it is very open flat and long, backing up to W. Peakview Drive. You will have enough space to throw the ball especially if you go to the west side of the yard. * due to the canine respiratory virus going around, the water bowl will not be out as a precaution for everyone’s dogs* Located near the 25 & 470, this spot in Lone Tree is a spacious & fully fenced in private dog park! The backyard is .25 acres & has both grass along with an area with wood chips. There are some dog friendly wildflowers for a literal sniff spot for the dogs. Kiddie pool will be unavailable starting September 2nd. When you arrive, you can enter through the side gate to the left of the house behind the tree. Please make sure your dog is up to date on their vaccines (rabies, parvo, distemper, etc) to maintain a healthy & safe environment for all the dogs (including my own two + our foster dog). There are treats and poop bags on the chair. Please dispose of poop in the trash (Home Depot bucket) under the stair area. Thanks!

Come share Barking Bear Dog Ranch in Kittredge CO, near Evergreen & Morrison. Enjoy a walk around a sunny meadow, or a short but intense hike along our favorite trails around a small hill. Our home is located in the NW corner of the property, leaving the rest for you and your pup(s) to explore! Wildlife will occasionally stroll through, mainly deer and elk. Country Run's 58 Acre Private Ranch In Conifer

Country Run's Private Ranch is 58 acres located just shy of one mile off of Highway 285 off of Pleasant Park Road. An amazing location - a hidden gem. As you walk from the parking area along the path, the property opens up into a beautiful aspen forest with wooden benches and a large meadow. Half way down the meadow on the left (west) side is a small riparian area with Alder trees - the beginning of several spring fed creeks. The hillside on the east side of the property offers rock outcroppings, large rock benches and 360 views. Our dogs thoroughly enjoy their time here and we hope your dog does, too! Depending on the time of year, the spring fed area can be muddy, an old towel is recommended for the drive home. This property is perfect for dog walks, picnics and celebrations. Lakewood Oasis

Last minute bookings are welcome! We provide a bucket full of a variety of toys, fresh water and clean bowls, and a kiddie pool for your pups to enjoy. Our hose and sprinkler are available for guest use. We provide several shaded seating areas and folding chairs, as well as hand sanitizer and sunscreen for humans. You’ll also find a bucket of towels on the porch that you can use to dry off a wet pup or wipe grass away from paws. We have two large trees that provide lots of shade in the summer. Our spot is setup to be a private experience, so it will just be you and your pup during your booking. You are welcome to invite guests to your booking; please make sure they are informed on parking areas and where to enter. Our six foot privacy fence is newly built and has no holes or gaps. Our spot is great for energetic, playful, or reactive pups. Please note that while our yard is wheelchair accessible, our porch is not. If you need me to move anything down into the yard for your convenience, please send me a message and I will do my best to accommodate.

We have a covered patio for shade and can provide fresh water during your visit. You’re welcome to bring your dog’s favorite toys to make the play session even more fun, however, we provide some as well! My dog will always be indoors during your booking time to give you and your pup space and privacy to enjoy the yard freely. We’re excited to share our little slice of doggie heaven with you and your furry friend! To keep our yard safe and enjoyable for everyone, please follow these simple guidelines: • PLEASE pick up after your pup. Waste bags must be used and disposed of properly. I have had several instances where poop was not cleaned up after a booking, and I’ve had to go out and pick it all up in a hurry before the next booking. This would be so greatly appreciated! • No digging, please! We want to keep the yard in great shape for all visitors. • Supervise your dog at all times. This ensures safety for your pet and respect for the space. • We typically leave a fresh bowl of water out for our doggie guests. If you happen to see the water bowl is not filled up, it’s because we weren’t home during your booking time to fill fresh water. You have full permission to access the hose to fill the water bowl with fresh water. • Treat the space with care. This is our family’s yard, and we’re happy to share it with respectful guests!
