Welcome to my spot located on 20 Rus Dr. You may park in front of the house for shade, or in front of the workshop for direct access to the further pasture. You may use any of the pastures, just make sure you close the main ones after you. Other than that, I hope you and your pups have a great time.

There is no road frontage, and access is through a long private farm drive. To ensure you arrive at the correct location, please refer to the entrance photo containing the property sign. Upon arrival: Follow the drive on the right side of the property. Continue past The Red Barn. Proceed all the way to the silver building. Parking is available near the silver building. Working Farm Notice As this is an active farm, you may occasionally see farm equipment, workers, vehicles, or farming activities in the fields and along the entrance road. These activities are a normal part of daily farm operations and help maintain the beauty and functionality of the property. Explore at Your Own Pace A property map has been provided showing recommended areas for play and exploration. The wooded sections contain established trails that offer additional shade and opportunities for adventure. Whether your dog enjoys sprinting across open fields or quietly exploring woodland paths, there is something for every activity level. The play area for dogs is about 4 acres fully fenced in. There is a barn you can use in case there is rain or if you need some shade. The area is very private. The only company you may have are the horses in the adjacent pasture! ***I’ve recently opened up after dark hours, but that is only for people interested in stargazing. The pasture IS NOT well lit at night.

Rosie's Oasis Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Franklinton

Quiet, private fenced yard available for dogs to play. 4 ft picket fence, scent work wall plus elevated magnetic equipment for scent work practice (bring your own hides preferred but I can put CPE strength hides out if you give me some notice!), pet genie poop disposal and pooper scooper, kiddie pool, dig pit, and agility equipment (by request only!). Please try to keep any digging to the dig pit area only! And I know the dig pit is close to the garden beds, but please try to keep dogs out of those :) There is a poly wire electric fence around the perimeter but it will not be on for your visit. Chairs and a table with umbrella are available. My dogs tend to drink out of the kiddie pool but a rubber feed tub is available as an alternative. There is a hose or a handwashing setting on the nozzle to fill it with. Park in the driveway or on the street. Please be sure to close the gate when you leave!
