We have a 3 car garage driveway where you can park. Walk to the north side of the house and enter the gate. Once inside the 1/4 acre backyard there is a pergola covered deck with tables, chairs and everything else you need to make your visit comfortable and enjoyable! We have a vertical board fence that is 6 foot tall. If you’re dog can jump a 6 foot fence or are known escape artists this Sniffspot may not be the best fit. Our neighbor has two dogs that go in/out of their yard on the other side of the 6 foot fence frequently so they may be outside during your visit. Since we have a vertical wood fence Dogs love to crawl under our deck and shed which are both safe fun for your pups. We have a wood pile that some dogs may find sticks to carry around and chew on. ⚠️ Our deck is composite wood which can be slippery when wet.

There is an acre of diverse areas to explore. Some groomed lawn, some more wild areas, where horses used to roam. There’s areas of shade from super huge trees, a deck and areas for dog moms and dads to sit. I’ll have clean water out for thirsty pups on a hot day of exploring

Hi there! We are so excited to welcome you to our spot :) When we purchased this property, we were thrilled that it would offer our two labs more opportunity to run and play and now we can’t wait to share it with you! Our fully-fenced 0.25 acre yard offers the ideal space for your pups to get some exercise, train, or just have fun. The property is currently a mix of grass, dirt, rocks, and sticks! When it’s not snowy, we have two outdoor seating areas, one shaded and one in the sun on our deck. For those snowy/rainy days, we have covered seating under the overhang of our shop. Our spot offers a private road entrance, private parking, and a private gate into our yard so you can come and go at your convenience. The entrance gate currently has ~7-8 inch gaps between the rails, so very small dogs could squeeze through. Fresh water, toys, and a trash can will be provided, and I work from home so I am available if you need anything. We live in a very quiet neighborhood, but our neighbor’s older golden retriever is occasionally outside, as are folks out walking their dogs. We can’t wait to host you, and look forward to hearing your feedback as new hosts! **WINTER/SPRING MUD DISCLOSURE** Because our yard is a mix of grass and dirt, during the winter/spring months, it can become very muddy as the snow melts. Please keep this in mind when booking, especially if you are coming on a sunny/warm day after it has recently snowed, and wear appropriate footwear for muddy conditions! If you have scheduled in advance and it turns out your reservation is on a day when you expect it to be muddy, please feel free to reschedule if you’d prefer to wait until it has dried out again. You can always reach out to me the day before/the day of your reservation about the conditions so you can decide if it makes sense to come!

We have three acres of semi fenced field. The western fence is split rail and our 67lb German Shepherd is able to squeeze between the rails. The fencing on the south, east, and north sides are wire fencing. It keeps the neighbors dogs out and keeps our Shepherd on our property. There are golf balls in the field as we practice golf out there and we can't always clean every one of them up. Your dog would need to be able to be off leash and be able to be called back to you or you risk them running onto the road. The neighbors dogs to the south will come to the fence and bark but they can not get through. Our German Shepherd is extremely gentle and playful. You are welcome to meet her and let her play with your dogs but that will only be at your request. We will eventually place a picnic table and umbrella next to the parking area when the snow clears. We will also have a round table and chairs under the apple trees. We have chickens on the property but they will stay fenced in while dogs are using the property.

We have a big backyard, completely fenced in and it's a dog paradise. We have a deck for humans to sit on and hang while the pups play. Right now we have 2 large camp chairs set up but should be getting patio furniture at some point so it will be a little more comfortable. I have a Chuck-it and some other toys that you are welcome to play with and use. There is a water bowl out back and if it is empty or the dogs drink it all up, then there is a hose you can use to fill it up. The side door, where you enter through the carport can be a bit finicky so if the door is giving you issues, there is a rope that can be helpful to you to keep the door shut.

1/3 acre yard perfect for zoomies and fetch! We have 2 dogs and often pet sit and foster other dogs and all pups love playing in our yard. With a completely fenced yard and 6ft privacy fence you can let your dog play while enjoying several seating areas, fire pit, or hammock.

Animal waterer & hydrant on field SE corner of barn, water hydrant also in parking area with jug and bowl. Table & chairs by the barn and inside pavilion attached to barn (shade area), has a refrigerator to cool your drinks and water. Active goathead eradication. Have lure coursing available by appointment (must confirm by message for operator availability) and custom agility equipment (must make special arrangement for using that) and check ahead, the agility equipment is sometimes out at other locations for events. We recently partnered with a dog training company MuttMasters Canine Academy near Colorado Springs and will be offering classes for Agility, Obedience & Behavior Modification at our location. If interested please contact us and provide your information, the trainer will setup a class time when we have sufficient interest to fill a class of 3-6 people at our location.
