55What a great Sniffspot! We will be returning!
George, the sniffspot host, was very communicative in advance of our appointment and responded to us in a very timely manner. He met us for our first visit and walked us through providing the lay of the land.
The sniffspot was fantastic for our two dogs. I have one dog-reactive/high prey drive gal who is very playful and high energy. Our boy is more chill but loves playing, sniffing, and exploring. All four of us had a delightful time.
We had tons of room for tossing our foam dog balls and Chuck it ball. There was a mud path that both my dogs enjoyed having the zoomies back and forth in. They were happily covered in mud! 😊
We heard a dog bark in the distance but could not see them. It did not affect my gal at all. There is also a small chicken coop you walk by to get to the spot. We've worked on my girl's prey drive, so she did excellent being neutral while walking by them.
We spent most of our hour walking, running, playing fetch, and tug. We sat near a little bench for maybe 5 minutes to let the dogs catch their breath in the grass.
There were available water bowls filled with water, an additional water hose, & a garbage receptacle for poo bags.
During our appointment, a neighbor was working on their fence (which was communicated with us in advance). We have worked on let's go and recall so much with our dogs that this was no problem (as long as there isnt a dog on the other side of the fence) so we still went to the appointment.
That evening, our dogs were well pooped out! Haha!Jodi G.

55This was our first Sniffspot visit. George, the host, was very welcoming and made us feel at home. One of our 3 dogs is a dog reactive Saint Bernard - so he doesn't have much opportunity to run free in large spaces. This was a fun, scent filled, safe space for him to do that and also gave our 2 older dogs the chance to roam at their own pace. A fun time was had by dogs and their humans. We will be back!Kathy W.

55the owner is super nice, and is very respectful when meeting your dogs, the pasture was absolutely beautiful and my dog loveddd it! we did end up finding a ball or two out in the biggest part, and george even had a rope for us which our boy loved so much. Fresh water access and there’s so many beautiful chickens, and even the neighbor dog (who is across the way from where the pasture is) is very friendly. this is definitely my favourite spot to take my reactive pup, and anything you need you can communicate it to george and he is very understanding! 55Anna’s quiet little countryside spot was exactly what we needed to get away from the craziness of the city! Our furry ones had a great time running around and taking in the sights (especially the cute goats) and Anna’s hospitality was even greater - she left out water bottles for the humans and a water bowl and toys for the pups. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice, safe and relaxing way to enjoy nature with your dog babies!Brenda N.

55Wow!!! I was recommended Anna’s space by a friend who recently brought her dogs to the farm.
Not only is the space immaculate, the serenity you feel while there is remarkable.
My 10 year old girl does not do well with bigger dogs. To be able to have access to a fenced in space is something I didn’t think was possible.
We will definitely be back and will happily recommend the farm to others!

FAQ about our Longmont dog parks
Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 97% of reviews on Sniffspot visits in the Longmont area are 5 stars.
How do I know if a dog park works for my dog?
You can filter Sniffspot dog parks by fencing and distractions. If your dog doesn't have good recall, you can visit one of our 204 fully fenced dog parks in the area. If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our 24 off leash areas where there are no dogs audible or visible nearby. You can also filter locations to avoid other domestic animals and people. We also recommend reading reviews and reaching out to the host with any questions.
