Welcome to The Pawfect Escape — where leashes come off, zoomies begin, and tails never stop wagging! 🐾 Tucked away in a quiet Burbank neighborhood, this fully fenced private backyard is your pup’s personal paradise. With approximately 3,000 square feet of open space, there’s plenty of room to run, sniff, roll, explore, and do whatever makes your dog’s heart sing. Easy to find, even easier to love: enter on the right side of the house and look for the Sniffspot sign. The gate is one of the smoothest you’ll ever use — seriously, it’s a delight. Morning visits are especially magical. The sun is gentle, the vibe is peaceful, and street parking is usually a breeze. Street sweeping is 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Tuesdays on my side of the street and Wednesdays on the opposite side, so please check the signs when you park. Just a friendly heads-up: our neighbors have dogs on the other side of the fence. You won’t see them, but you may hear the occasional bark. Most pups settle right in and forget all about it! 🐕 There’s a water spigot on site to keep your pup hydrated. Just turn it on slowly so you don’t end up wetter than your dog! 💧 Our guests have been absolutely wonderful, and I can’t wait to welcome you and your fur baby to The Pawfect Escape. See you soon! 🐶

Lovely grassy play area has many trees and seating. The shade from the trees in the afternoon is lovely. We are the longest running SS in the area- hosting doggies since 2020! The Sniffspot play area is from driveway to rear of property. A row of chairs semi-blocks Hosts area of backyard belongings, but it is not a problem for doggoes or hoomans to temporarily go there to sniff, pee and fetch balls. The drought, popularity & watering restrictions do affect the condition of the grass. The rest of the yard is not accessible to Sniffspot including using the bathroom. Fenced backyard area is along side street. Most of the 4-foot fence side street side is covered with privacy slats & landscaping. The chain-link driveway entrance only has privacy slats. You would be the only guest for your booked time. Please securely latch & rechain gate when arriving & departing. Refer to photos. Lots of mid-morning and afternoon shade. big, beautiful backyard is filled with trees and sunshades—a big play area with pet grass surrounded by decomposed granite, with two natural areas and lots of wildflowers during the spring. Play music or enjoy the beautiful noises of all the birds. Awesome porch! Fun, Clean, peaceful, and eco-friendly. Please check the weather for Los Angeles during the summer! You can park in the driveway.

Enjoy a large, fully fenced private backyard where your pup can run, play, and explore safely. The yard features plenty of open grass space that is perfect for zoomies, fetch, training, or simply letting your dog stretch their legs. Guests will find a welcome basket with plush toys and tennis balls available for play, along with complimentary treats and waste bags for convenience. A kiddie pool is also available as an optional add-on for pups who want to splash around and cool off on warmer days. There is plenty of easy street parking, and the yard is accessed through the gate on the right side of the house. We created this space to give dogs a safe, calm place to exercise, play, and enjoy some freedom off leash. We hope you and your pup have a great visit. 🐾
