TarKha's Private Dog Park near Alderwood

Tucked in against a greenbelt! Our yard is spacious and quiet, with plenty of things to sniff and toys to play with. Enter through the side gate next to the front door. Small dogs may be able to escape through small holes along the fence and make-shift gate. We own a 50 lb American Foxhound (2 years old) named Luna. She may bark a bit from the inside. Fully fenced yard in Shoreline, just 1 mile north of Seattle. Yard is accessible through a large fence in the front. Our yard includes a fun play area to the side+ a long run in front of the house with double dog fencing. The run goes all the way around the home. Things to note: My home is on a popular walking path for many dog owners, so you may encounter other dogs outside the front fence. A small dog might be able to push out through the bottom of the front gate. There are currently no dogs inside the home.

It is a large space fully fenced. You are required to clean up after yourself and leave personal items alone

This is my own home with a large backyard and spacious front yard. Your dog will enjoy sniffing. Please pick up poop and put in the black trash on your way out? Water bowl near the front gate. If empty (possibly due to crows) feel free to use hose to fill it up again. If I am not home, my dog will be inside. If I am home and your dog wants a friend to play for big, happy to bring my pup outside too. Enjoy your visit!

Mix of spacious lawn and open woods with lots of birds, rabbits, and the occasional squirrel. Also, a disc golf basket available for use.

Two adjacent and connected pasture fenced yards totaling almost one acre including long grass, beautiful old trees and sloped terrain above and below. No known hazards aside from hilly terrain and some blackberry brambles. In rainy months Nov-April there is a shallow pond/wetland (bring a towel). Fencing is all new 5' agricultural fencing secure for dogs of all sizes. Enjoy the serene space with a creek and giant willow tree just beyond the fencing. Many songbirds too! Upper pasture features a playset with slides and swings. Two benches for sitting. Maybe not suitable for very tiny dogs due to eagles/ hawks. Private!!! Closed toed shoes recommended as well as mosquito repellent in summer especially at dawn and dusk. Hose may be available with advanced notice.
