Jillian's Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Lynnwood

CURRENTLY CLOSED UNTIL SPRING! Welcome to our Sniffspot! It’s a large, over 1/4 acre of fenced grassy pasture that feels secluded from the main property with plenty of trees to offer privacy. This is a space occasionally shared with our goats and cow and while we do our best to ensure the space is fully scooped in between sniffspot use and livestock use it’s possible you’ll find evidence of this. Part of the Sniffspot has tall grass and the rest of the space has shorter grass with the occasional dirt patch for digging and rolling around in. With enough space for playing fetch or frisbee, too, there’s a little something for everyone. There’s a large bucket of water and a spigot nearby if needed. If you’re looking for a grassy, secluded space with lots of sniffs to offer then you’ve come to the right place. Please note that our property can be difficult to find from the main road. Our house # sign is posted on a tree right outside the driveway and we have a lovely Japanese maple off the street.

Semi-private area, you may see me out watering the garden in the distance, but otherwise you have private parking on sight, water for your dogs and a place to toss your poop! For a small extra fee you can utilize an additional acre of area attached to the pasture, note the extra space is not as secure of fencing as the first.

The entire property is yours to enjoy during your visit, including the fenced meadow/arena and the areas around the front and back of the house. The property offers a nice mix of sunny open spaces and shaded areas. Most of the land is flat and easily accessible, with just a couple of steps and a small slope leading to the house and backyard. We understand how important it is for dogs to have a safe, private space where they can truly unwind. We won’t come outside during your visit unless we’ve communicated with you beforehand. There are no visible neighbors or other domestic animals nearby, making this a peaceful place for dogs to relax, explore, and decompress at their own pace. 🐾 Shelter dogs receive 50% off! Please park on the street (140th)!!! Upgraded fence: please note we just finished upgrading our perimeter fence and stabilized and improved the entry gate!! Fully fenced back yard with entry gate and easy street parking. Currently have a few balls (soccer ball size), dog bowl, hose, doggie bags, and a trash bin for your dog(s) and covered seating for you. Please park on 140th Ave (always open). We have one Sniffspot pasture. The totally secure fully fenced Sniffspot pasture is on your left as you come up the driveway. Enter through the gate next to the American Flag. Be aware of the Alpaca in the separate fenced pasture above the Sniffspot pasture. There is also a hose at the bottom of the stairs on the north side of the building to rinse off your pup's paws if needed.
