15I am beside myself. My puppy and I were just starting to play when two barking large dogs appeared at the back sliding glass door. I have been to this spot a few times as it’s the closest spot to me and despite a few drawbacks (no seating and lots of poo left in the yard), we continued to return as my puppy is a little reactive and we do not have a private yard. During our previous visits, there didn’t appear to be anyone home and therefore we did not have this issue. If you have a reactive or sound sensitive dog (or if you don’t like stepping in dog poop) I would suggest not using this Sniffspot.

Berman Barkers® Inc. is a family-owned and managed business that believes in giving dogs the safe and loving care they need and deserve to enable them to be the best versions of themselves while living a happy and healthy life. Please access my spot through the gate on the right side of my house. There is a wire pull for ease of use. There is also a green bin to dispose of your pet’s waste.

Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the spot.
Make sure the area is safe and secure before bringing your dog in.
Never enter a spot before your booking start time and never leave late.
Pick up after your dogs. Leave the spot as it was when you arrived.
Always review and abide by spot specific rules.

Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.
Visits can be extended and dogs can be added throughout the visit.
