Want a large private space with no interruptions all to your self ? Bring your pup to there very own private oasis. They can do zoomies around the big yard, swim in the large in ground pool, cool off in the large amounts of shaded areas, even go down a slide on the playground. The pups: Included:Toys, water, treats, yard, playground access,scooper with bags. *You are responsible for picking up after your dog*-the yard is checked before and after each visit. 🚨pool access is an additional charge. It a costly upkeep for daily maintenance. Please see extras.🚨 The humans: Included-Water, snacks, games, basketball court, playground, lounge chairs to take the sun included. You can also sit in the many options of shaded areas or rest at the firepit in a beautiful Adirondack chair. If you would like anything additional please don’t hesitate to ask prior to booking. 2 people max per visit included. Any additional person(s) is 7 per person. Parties over 5-Inquire within.

Welcome to Jamesburg! Our backyard oasis is perfect for running, sniffing, and playing. Poop bags, toys, water bowls are included. For the humans: we have a table with seats & a cooler - please clean & return items after using! We do have a few cameras set up in our backyard for security reasons. Video is recorded and saved to our cloud. Please note for reactive dogs: our direct neighbors do have dogs, although they are not usually out all day long. Our yard is fully fenced, although other dogs can be seen as fencing is see through. Both dogs directly next door are friendly and may even run up & down the fence if your dog would like. 😊

You and your pup(s) will love this park-like oasis! The half acre fenced area consists of ample grass to run on, a concrete sidewalk / patio (handicapped accessible), mulchbeds of flowers & berries (feel free to grab a handful of berries if they’re in season!) and a giant sandbox / playground area. Tree cover throughout the yard provides shade, even in the hottest summer months. All around you is privacy—to one side, a half acre unfenced stretch of our property, and all around the property is 3.5 acres of private woods and wetlands. Deer, wild turkey, turtles, frogs, & birds of all kinds are just some of the animals you may spot! We provide tables and chairs, water, poop bags & scooper, and several toys. Kids (or kids at heart) will have a blast using the ride-on sand diggers, slides, and swings & coloring with sidewalk chalk. Fertilizer and pesticide: The grass is treated with fertilizer a couple times a year and the bushes are sprayed for ticks/mosquitos and weeds approximately monthly. As we have young kids a dog, all products used are animal & child safe when dry (within 2 hours). Out of an abundance of caution, we will ensure reservations are blocked off for the entirety of the day following any fertilizer, herbicide, or pesticide treatment.
