REMINDER-this is an additional fee. Please see extras🚨 No pool? No yard? Don’t like going to the dog park? Want a large private space with no interruptions all to your self ? Bring your pup to there very own private oasis. They can do zoomies around the big yard, swim in the large in ground pool, cool off in the large amounts of shaded areas, even go down a slide on the playground. The pups: Included:Toys, water, treats, yard, playground access,scooper with bags. *You are responsible for picking up after your dog*-the yard is checked before and after each visit. 🚨pool access for dogs is an additional charge. It a costly upkeep for daily maintenance. Please see extras.🚨 The humans: Included-Water, snacks, games, basketball court, playground, lounge chairs to take the sun included. You can also sit in the many options of shaded areas or rest at the firepit in a beautiful Adirondack chair. If you would like anything additional please don’t hesitate to ask prior to booking. ⭐️If you are confused about the extras-Dont stress. Just message me and tell me what you would like and i can customize a listing for you! ⭐️ 2 people max per visit. Any additional person(s) is 7 per person. No large parties. Inquire within.

No children under 12 allowed inside pool area and they must no how to swim. Mini birthday pawty-Birthday cake/hat/bandana and a special treat. All cakes/treats purchased at woof gang bakery. At least 1 day notice is needed for this extra. Birthday pawty-Customized party for your dog includes but not limited to: decorations, tables, chairs, party favor bag for each dog guest and cake/bandana/birthday hat/special toy for the birthday boy/girl. At least 3 days notice is needed for this extra.

Watch your dog have a blast chasing and eating edible bacon or peanut butter bubbles!! Included is a bubble machine for you to use and a 4 ounce bottle of bubbles for you to use and keep. Inquire within for availability.

I am committed to maintaining constant communication with you before and during your visit to address any questions, concerns, or issues that you may have. The size of the yard is approximately 6,426 square feet. Caveats: The landscaping looks worse in the early spring, late fall, and winter. The landscaping looks better in the late spring, summer, early fall, or in snow. There is a small steel garbage can where you can discard your poop bags before you leave, just inside the yard on the left side of the house (if you're looking at the house from the front). Since I also pet sit, your pet will have plenty of dog smells to sniff out in the backyard! I know it’s tempting to explore the surrounding acreage on property, however off leash exploring is NOT allowed in the acreage surrounding the field!
