Located in a quiet agricultural/residential area, our pasture is just ½ mile from a Jennings State Forest trail entrance—perfect if you’d like to enjoy a walk before or after your play session. The property is thoughtfully divided to suit different play styles: Front ⅔: Open, grassy field—great for fetch, zoomies, training, or picnicking together. Back ⅓: A mix of field and shaded trees—ideal for sniffing, exploring, and cooling off on warm days. You’re welcome to enjoy the entire acre or keep your play to one section—whatever works best for your dog. Amenities Provided: Fresh water trough with automatic refill Off-street grassy parking right in front of the gate Secure agricultural-style entry gate. To remove the chain lift, twists in slide out of notch in gate. To secure the chain do the opposite. Trash can on site for easy clean-up Important Notes: Neighboring properties do have pets and farm animals—please keep your dog safely within the fence. Please clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the trash bin provided. Keep all gates closed at all times—for everyone’s safety. Visual distractions are minimized using privacy screening and ivy fencing. While this is an urban location and normal neighborhood sounds may be present dogs are not forced into close encounters and guests are intentionally left alone during their visit. This space works especially well for dogs who need freedom without pressure. 🧸 Toy Use and Power Chewer Notes Toys are provided as a complimentary bonus for enrichment and enjoyment. Availability may vary. Important clarification The two item limit applies only to fetch balls such as tennis balls rubber balls and Chuck It style balls. This is not a limit on all toys. Other toys are welcome for use as available. We also provide a clearly marked Power Chewer Ugly Toy Bin. If your dog is a strong or destructive chewer please use toys from this bin only. These toys are designated for heavy use and damage is expected. If a non Ugly Bin toy is damaged beyond normal wear a replacement fee may be requested to cover the cost of the toy. We do our best to keep toys and bowls clean between guests. To ensure you always have a clean water bowl even if we are not immediately available a sponge and Dawn Powerwash are located next to the refillable bowl for guest use if needed. Hi there. I have a 12 acre hay pasture that is fenced for livestock but does not have dog proof fencing on all sides unless you have a (very) large dog. There is a pond that dogs love to play in, and a dirt mound for digging. There are plenty of pecan trees for shade. The neighbors on one side have a dog (i think), and sometimes people ride their horses down the dirt road and can be seen. People are rarely seen.

A Note About Pool Use: To help us maintain the pool and avoid future closures for repairs, we kindly ask all pet owners to rinse their dogs off from dirt and debris before allowing them to swim. This is required, as the accumulation of dirt and dog hair can cause damage to the pool, leading to increased maintenance costs and potential closures. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep the spot enjoyable for everyone! Our convenient cul-de-sac location offers ample parking, making drop-off and pick-up a breeze.
