Please stay off of upper patio and trampoline and out of sheds, however, bring a basketball to shoot some hoops! There is street parking readily available on both sides of the street. Please don’t allow dogs to bark excessively but do make sure they have fun! Hose available for water, and kiddie pool if you like!

Some open field for playing chuck it or frisbee, and others with lots of trees and a bit of trails to explore. Partial fencing and hoping to put more up, but will need the funds and support to do this. Quiet area. We also hope to put more fun things for agility there for the doggies as well ❤️

***Charges are in USD*** We at BHS understand that letting your dog run and play is so important! But some dogs aren't suitable for dog parks or social areas. Our private, fully fenced half acre yard is the perfect place to let your (reactive or otherwise) dog just be a dog and get some freedom! Please check in at the front desk to get the key to the yard, and clean up after yourself. There are water bowls in the yard, but please bring your own water. There are trees providing shady areas throughout the day. If bringing back the key when we are not open, please put it in the Mailbox, located beside our Front Doors. When we are open, our receptionists will gladly take the key back from you! All the fees go directly to the animals in our case, and we are a registered charity and no-kill shelter. The reservations are private, no one can book at the same time as you. YOU are responsible for cleaning up after your pets. Other dogs will be within view from the field, but will not enter. When the hay is high and close to being cut, the outer headlands of the fields will be cut down to make walking easier. Just outside of the city, private space to let your pup run, train and just enjoy being outside.

We have a 2900 SQ FT indoor facility available for your use, as well as an outdoor ring space. Other amenities available to you are fresh water on-site and even a Bluetooth speaker to enjoy while using the indoor space! We host a beekeeper who has about 40 hives on a well-marked and avoidable section of one trail. The bees won't be out until April but please avoid the hives anyway. Inspired by our beloved dog, Storm, who found his bliss in these very waters, we’ve created a sanctuary in his memory not just for him, but for all dogs who love to swim, play, and simply be the happiest versions of themselves. Nestled in the heart of our tranquil backyard, our pool offers a serene escape for dogs and their owners alike. Designed with love, it’s the perfect size for dogs of all breeds to swim comfortably and safely. The pool is equipped with easy-access steps. The deep end of the pool is approximately 5 feet deep and the shallowest part is approximately 3 feet deep. While your fur baby enjoys the pool, relax on our poolside loungers or on patio chairs shaded under an umbrella. Doggy lifejackets will not be available on site but it is recommended to bring your own. Please bring your own dog toys/balls and towels. Please note the pool is a chlorine pool. There is a hose available if you would like to rinse off your dog after swimming.
