Description

This nice city lot is fully fenced. There is an outlet and faucet on the back of the house available for use. I have a small table and 2 chairs. Feel free to move them but please return them to where you found them. Please use metal ashtray on table if you smoke.

There are low points in the ground where small dogs may be able to dig out. My dog has dug out before. The bunnies like to make nests in my yard.
