Description

The "Premium SubUrban Retreat" The Perfect Sniff Spot: A Private 0.38 Acre Oasis 🐾 Treat your dog to Minnetonka’s premier off-leash backyard! Thoughtfully designed for both people and pups, our 5ft fully fenced oasis offers privacy, safety, and plenty of summer running and winter fun. The Highlights: There is nothing hazardous in the yard. Secure & Private: A sturdy, tall chain link fence means no escapes or distractions—just pure, off-leash freedom. Room to Roam: A nice 0.38 acre featuring room to run and expansive areas for fetching, hill run, sniffing, and exploring. Human Comforts: You may sit in the screened porch during your visit or if you prefer outdoors there are Multiple plastic chairs on the concrete patio provided. Enjoy the fresh air while your dog burns off energy! (Snow-brushing encouraged if it's been a fresh flurry!) Oasis-Like Setting: Serene, mature quiet landscaping that provides a beautiful backdrop for every visit. Easy Access: Driveway parking is available and recommended to avoid street restrictions. Use right side of property gate off the driveway by lifting latch to enter and pulling it down when you leave Transparency: We believe in an "accurate listing". While the yard is a nice play zone, the mulch area in a part of the back yard is not to be used for a play, pee or poo area. Poo bag Disposal: Please dispose of tied up poo bags inside the porch in the garbage can. Water: Dog water is inside the porch and extra water is provided on the table if the water bowl gets empty. Treats: I usually have a variety of different treats in a metal bowl on the table. Free to take. Special request: If your pup has been sick in the last week (parvo, kennel cough or viral) please refrain from booking until they are free of symptoms. I work hard to keep the space clean for my dog and other pups that want to run free. Ready for your dog's new favorite adventure? Secure your time at my Perfect Spot today! Looking forward to seeing your booking.

LongTail Adventures (fearful & reactive dog friendly!)

Fully Fenced

**Formerly Pink Pitbull Club** We used to bring our dogs here to Pink Pitbull Club, and when the opportunity to buy came along we jumped on it. We have one reactive girl who has just loved having a huge yard to play and not worry about other people and dogs, I'm sure your pups will love it as well! The front gate will be propped open when you arrive, and a green button on the inside of the gate for whenever you need to leave. There's a doorbell camera right on the inside of the gate in case you need anything during your visit. I'm happy to chat on the app for any folks that are Deaf/HOH to get in or need help. Please close the gate fully when leaving the spot. The yard is 5ft fence with a privacy screen. There are trees and shrubs for your pups to sniff and explore, as well as a wide open lawn perfect for fetch. There are parkour options and a ball pit in the back of the yard and a toy box up near the gate.

Fully Fenced Backyard Oasis For Dogs To Roam Around In Minneapolis

Fully Fenced

My fully-fenced backyard city oasis is perfect for your dog(s) to sniff, zoom, and romp carefree while you kick-back and relax next to the fire pit. Plenty of scents to seek out from the various garden beds and apple trees, and room to run and play. The backyard is not well-lit so availability is limited to primarily daylight hours.

Doggy DD's fully fenced yard in New Hope

I LOVE pups and understand that some need their own spot to roam and explore! My yard is completely fenced. I have a sanbox for digging. Lots of doggy toys, a water bowl on the porch and poop bags, a poop scooper and a designated trash can for convenience. I have pups of my own and do my absolute best to make sure all poops are scooped before you arrive…but can’t guarantee that I don’t miss any. There’ll be wipes and towels and bags for you to use. My pups are on premise, but will be secured inside. There is one small pup in the yard behind me that may/ may not be out. She will bark!
