Large field, plus a couple trails to explore. We have a seasonal stream that flows through the property. Follow the sign says "to the Barn" however, we do not have a barn just yet. We are in the process of clearing blackberries so we can put in a pasture for my horse and goats. Please don't leave plastic bags of poop in the field.

We have a large grass hill in front that's excellent for playing fetch, dog wading pools with colorful balls floating on the water an agility tunnel, in-ground tug toy, giant horse play balls, toys and bubbles to make sure your pup has an amazing time.

Welcome to our Sniffspot! It’s a large, over 1/4 acre of fenced grassy pasture that feels secluded from the main property with plenty of trees to offer privacy. This is a space occasionally shared with our goats and cow and while we do our best to ensure the space is fully scooped in between sniffspot use and livestock use it’s possible you’ll find evidence of this. Part of the Sniffspot has tall grass and the rest of the space has shorter grass with the occasional dirt patch for digging and rolling around in. With enough space for playing fetch or frisbee, too, there’s a little something for everyone. There’s a large bucket of water and a spigot nearby if needed. If you’re looking for a big, grassy, secluded space with lots of sniffs to offer then you’ve come to the right place. Please note that our property can be difficult to find from the main road. Our house # sign is posted on a tree right outside the driveway and we have a lovely Japanese maple off the street. Ask us about our farm fresh eggs, too! :)

Welcome! Our place is fully fenced with mesh wire, which will keep all dogs secured. You can drive in, close the gate and let the dogs off leash from your car. The whole 3-acre is for you to enjoy, including the fenced-in meadow/arena, front and back around the house. Most of the land is flat and accessible. There are a couple of stairs and a small slope lead to my house and the back yard. I understand the significance of providing them with a safe space to unwind. We will never come out when you are here without prior communication. There are no visible neighbors or other domestic animals nearby. It’s the perfect place for the dogs to relax and decompress. Would be perfect for those that don’t want to interact with others (i.e. cars driving by, strangers, the neighbors...). Safe place for adventurous individuals that prefer to explore alone with their doggo(s), a doggie daycare retreat (we are very popular with dog walkers and their packs of furry clients), a memorable late evening of star-gazing, or a safe place for a highly reactive dog to have fun. Details: 5 acres, off-grid experience (no power) with it’s own private entrance. Secluded, native woodland experience with mowed grass. Two grassy sloping yard areas, a covered shelter with a table and chairs and “Tranquility Trails” that loop up the hill to a shady, fern filled, mossy ravine with a seasonal stream.. There are (overgrown) cottage style gardens near the Parking Area. During your visit, feel free to pick wild blackberries, apples or roses — or pull weeds — if that’s fun for you. 😉. This location is very relaxing. Plan for a couple hours or more to enjoy the quiet, rural lifestyle. TIP: if you have any concerns about your pup(s) going down the driveway, feel free to close the gate for added safety. Note: We are raising money to renovate the cottage located on the property by hosting a Sniffspot. Please do not explore inside the house, a roof collapse happened before we could arrange for it to be replaced.

Our family has lived and worked this farm since 1912. Originally the fields were used to grow peas (1940's), dairy (1950-1960's), black angus (1970-1980's), hogs & dairy replacement heifers (1990's), fresh culinary herbs for the grocery stores (last 30 years). Every year the location you are at floods and holds at least 3 feet of water for a few days a year. The property has held events from town picnics in the 1930's, hoedowns in the 70's and a traveling circus in the 1980's. It is perfectly located 1 minute from Duvall and 25 minutes from Redmond. Learn more about this land: This 4th generation grass valley floor includes views of Mt. Baker and Rainer. Surrounded by retired culinary herb fields and planted cow corn to the west. Summer includes herds of heifers ranging the north. There are three culvert crossings on the open range and a fun walk thru the tall grass path on the south side of the fence dog area.
