Pups of all sizes are welcome to enjoy our fully fenced, private space featuring a grassy lawn, pool, table, and chairs. 🐾 For everyone’s safety, our space is open to guests 18 years and older. During your reservation, the pool is reserved for dogs. If you’d like to join your pup in the water, simply add the Human Swimming option under Extras. Please help us keep the space enjoyable for everyone by cleaning up after yourself and your pup. Digging is not permitted. Our pool is not heated—it stays refreshingly cool in the winter and naturally warms up during the summer. 🤍 Looking to book today? Feel free to send me a message! Welcome to our private, fully fenced backyard—perfect for pups who love to run, sniff, explore, and relax off-leash in a calm, clean space. The yard features a spacious grassy area for zoomies, fetch, and playtime, plus a paved patio with seating if you want to hang out while your dog enjoys the yard. The space is ideal for solo play, training sessions, or small dog meetups, and it’s located in a quiet residential area with minimal outside distractions. We take pride in keeping the yard well-maintained, safe, and clean for every guest. 🐢 Important note: There is a secure turtle enclosure on the property with one turtle inside. The enclosure is fully contained, but please be mindful and supervise your dog at all times, especially if your pup is curious about small animals. Whether your dog needs a safe place to burn energy, work on training, or just enjoy some fresh air, this spot is a great escape. We’re happy to share our space and look forward to hosting you and your pup!

The Pawfect Escape: Private Fenced Yard in Burbank

***Last minutes bookings always welcome!*** Welcome to The Pawfect Escape — where leashes come off, zoomies begin, and tails never stop wagging! 🐾 Tucked away in a quiet Burbank neighborhood, this fully fenced private backyard is your pup’s personal paradise. With approximately 3,000 square feet of open space, there’s plenty of room to run, sniff, roll, explore, and do whatever makes your dog’s heart sing. Easy to find, even easier to love: enter on the right side of the house and look for the Sniffspot sign. The gate is one of the smoothest you’ll ever use — seriously, it’s a delight. Morning visits are especially magical. The sun is gentle, the vibe is peaceful, and street parking is usually a breeze. Street sweeping is 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Tuesdays on my side of the street and Wednesdays on the opposite side, so please check the signs when you park. Just a friendly heads-up: our neighbors have dogs on the other side of the fence. You won’t see them, but you may hear the occasional bark. Most pups settle right in and forget all about it! 🐕 There’s a water spigot on site to keep your pup hydrated. Just turn it on slowly so you don’t end up wetter than your dog! 💧 We also have a self-service pool on site if your pup wants to cool off! It's not pre-filled — you're welcome to fill it yourself (it takes about 10 minutes to fill completely). Please drain it after use and give it a quick rinse so it's fresh for the next sniffer! Our guests have been absolutely wonderful, and I can’t wait to welcome you and your fur baby to The Pawfect Escape. See you soon! 🐶
