55Big yard for dogs to run around, beautiful and relaxing. Will be back, thank you!
55Perfect for our pup!! Huge fenced in yard. Chairs for us, as we got tired before our puppy did. Thank You!!
55The yard is so large and clean. The fence is vinyl on 3 sides and chain link in the back, overlooking another large yard with a pool. Since we went in early fall, the neighbors yard was empty but my reactive dog would have barked her head off at anyone trying to swim in peak summer. As it was, we had a perfect time and she loved it. We will definitely be back.
55The yard is a great size. Daisy and Olive ran and chased each other until they were exhausted! The space is well maintained and completely fenced in. It is a nice quiet neighborhood. We highly recommend it and will be back
55Perfect Sniffspot - just as described and very relaxing. Plenty of room to run full speed in many directions. Even once our dog was tired and ready for rest in the shade, there was enough space in the shade for him to do long-range training sequences: down - run - stop - down - run again. Nice seats and a table were available right on the lawn. Actually he loved it so much I was worried he'd over-exert himself.
55Frankie loved it!
55Great big open space with tall fencing. My boy had a blast here.
45Big open space and host was very responsive. The only negative aspect was a good amount of deer/animal poop in the area so had to watch my dog very closely (he always tries to it!)

Come play on our fully fenced acre! We have a nice grassy yard in addition to some beautiful woods where a dog can roam and sniffโ€”all within our fence. We have a friendly 1yr old golden retriever who may peek through the windows from time to time. Our fence is 4ft aluminum in the front and 6ft chain link along the sides and back. Feel free to park in our drivewayโ€”street parking is also available. We just ask that you donโ€™t block the garage. We do have a folding chair out there, but if you need more seating, feel free to uncover the back patio furniture. Please just re-cover when done. Enjoy!!

TEMPORARY SPORADIC CLOSURE NOTICE: Due to renovations impacting the yard, we will be closed sporadically. During this time the side entrance and driveway will be unavailable. Please plan to park "up top" and take the stairs down to the yard. I'm sorry for the inconvenience! See you soon. Summer is almost here! Can't wait to see your pups enjoying the pool and/or splashpad! In the meantime, enjoy Spring and the sun without the humidity! Let your pups explore off-leash in Northwest Yonkers, just up the road from NYC. Plenty of space to sniff, play fetch, run, and maybe even chase some squirrels! Patio furniture, hammock (during warm months) & wi-fi for pet parents to lounge while your dog(s) roam. The hammock is rated for over 300 lbs - move to your desired spot, and enjoy but please move it back so the "runway" is clear for the next pups. Playdates and parties welcome! Check the Extras to rent folding tables and chairs so you have less to worry about.
