Silent H Acres In Morganton

Silent H Acres is almost an acre fenced spot for your dog to go sniffing, running, fetching, and discovering. There are toys to play with (frisbees, tug rope, tennis balls, etc) and sticks to fetch. The grass ranges from 2” mowed, to 4” natural, up to about 12+ inches. A smattering of trees and two sitting areas for you - the gray Adirondack chairs are a bit too heavy to move, but feel free to move the red ones anywhere you would like. ***We will be adding a couple of agility exercise areas for your dog in the next few days. Toward the front of the field, I have mowed a curvy type of track in case you want to work on guided leash training. For you, we will keep a track around the perimeter of the fence mowed so you can use it for a walking track. PLEASE NOTE, the electric fence is DISCONNECTED. You are also welcome to park right beside the cabin or as close as safely possible to stream or river!

Welcome to Ruka’s House! We have big plans for this area. For now, it’s just a lovely open field. We hope you have the best time with your pups. Be mindful of the equipment on the property. You are welcome to sit on the swing chair and use the entire space. 6 laps around the field is 1 mile so you can get your steps in! Feedback is encouraged on what you’d like to see here. We have 9.5 acres of pristine mountain glory We have a large unfenced Field, Shallow Creek with some small waterfalls, a spring that feeds a tiny pond, a large cleared Homesite that's away from the road moderate to difficult trails and beautiful views. The trails are moderate until you come to the areas that we had landslides, at which point, you can turn around or enjoy the difficulty it presents. Sometimes I or other guests may be on property. Dogwood Acres: 3 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Space In Mars Hill

Enjoy a peaceful space in Mars Hill located on an active hobby farm. Our Sniffspot is fully enclosed with no-climb, 4ft goat fencing and includes walking paths. Easy access from the main road with a small graveled parking space right in front of the Sniffspot entrance. As most properties in Mars Hill, the acreage is located on a hillside, it may be steep for some. Your dog can play near the creek at the bottom of the slope which is more flat and shaded or take a short hike along the path to the top and enjoy amazing mountain views while your pup plays in the pasture! We do have chickens, goats, sheep and pigs that remain in their separate fenced in pasture, but occasionally the chickens may roam in the parking area, so please be aware.
