Description
All dogs must be licensed, current with all shots, healthy and wearing a collar and identification at all times. All dogs must be leashed upon entering/exiting leashes must be in owners' possession at all times. Owners must keep their dogs in view and maintain voice control at all times. Leaving dogs unattended is prohibited. Owners must locate and remove all dog waste; an appropriate waste receptacle is provided. Aggressive dogs are not permitted - owners must immediately remove their dogs upon the first sign of aggression. Dogs must be discouraged from digging - owners shall fill any holes. Food/beverages/smoking/alcohol/picnicking and camping are prohibited, and owners shall comply with all other Mountlake Terrace park rules and regulations. Dogs that are ill, injured or in heat, or that have been declared dangerous or potentially dangerous, are prohibited. Owners are legally responsible for their dogs' behavior and actions and are liable for any injuries caused by them. Puppies under four months old are prohibited. Limit is 3 dogs per person. Children age 14 and under must be supervised. Be cautious with dog toys; some dogs don't like to share. Bringing toys/food/treats into this park is done at owners' risk.

Welcome to our Sniffspot! It’s a large, over 1/4 acre of fenced grassy pasture that feels secluded from the main property with plenty of trees to offer privacy. This is a space occasionally shared with our goats and cow and while we do our best to ensure the space is fully scooped in between sniffspot use and livestock use it’s possible you’ll find evidence of this. Part of the Sniffspot has tall grass and the rest of the space has shorter grass with the occasional dirt patch for digging and rolling around in. With enough space for playing fetch or frisbee, too, there’s a little something for everyone. There’s a large bucket of water and a spigot nearby if needed. If you’re looking for a big, grassy, secluded space with lots of sniffs to offer then you’ve come to the right place. Please note that our property can be difficult to find from the main road. Private Fully Fenced Yard in Kirkland
Conveniently located next to a public trail access, and located within private property. The lawn is a mix of short grass and soft moss, this is regularly maintained and never sprayed with chemicals or fertilizers. Fully fenced on all four sides with no low spots\gaps. One secured swinging gate at the entrance. Dedicated parking along the road just before the house and is clearly marked with a sign! The table next to the fenced area has a mailbox with hand sanitizer and other goodies, there is also a water\food bowl available. (I have a hose on the side of the house you are welcome to use) Please dispose of any used poop bags and other trash in the little blue trash bin under the table. The road next to the fenced area is privately owned, so the only people and vehicles that pass by are residents and delivery couriers but they are not very visible due to the difference in elevation. People occasionally pass by on the public trail and some do bring their pets, but it is mostly obscured from view by the trees on our property and separated by two sets of fences. Note that we are within hearing distance from a sportsman club\firing range, so at times there may be noise. Please reach out with any questions you may have!
