Hi there! With over 35 years of experience in pet care, I’m passionate about providing a safe, fun, and loving environment for all pets. At my home, your dog(s) will enjoy plenty of playtime in a peaceful, small fenced area—and we have a small to medium in ground saltwater pool for those who love to swim! *The pool is NOT heated and is cold during the fall and winter months. Due to the screened enclosure, it can be a little cool in the spring and summer. During your visit, my pets and any pets we are sitting will be put up, and we will do our best to keep the barking to a minimum. You’ll have access to the patio area and saltwater swimming pool. Please feel free to bring any toys or towels your pup(s) may need, especially if they plan to swim. We have a water bowl and hose available if needed. Whether your dog enjoys running, swimming, or lounging, we strive to ensure their time here is enjoyable and stress-free. Looking forward to welcoming you and your pup(s)!

Bring Your Own Towels: If your dog enjoys the pool, please bring towels to dry them off before leaving. 8. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the yard or patio area. 9. No Unattended Dogs: Please do not leave your dog unattended during your visit. 10. Have fun with your pet crew!

We are a family of educators with a lifelong love for animals and over 35 years of pet care experience. We created Paws & Splash Retreat as a safe, fun space where dogs can run, play, and swim in a fully fenced environment. This spot is more than just a play area—it also helps support our three children’s sports passions. The proceeds from Paws & Splash Retreat go toward their gymnastics, baseball, and soccer activities. By booking a visit, you’re not only giving your pup an exciting experience but also supporting a family that loves both pets and education. Hideaway Trails Retreat is 5 acre half of a fully fenced 10 acre area. There is no fence with the neighboring parcel which is separated by beautiful Florida wild. There is a parking area near the hosts house. Beyond that is trails and forest for our furry friends to play and explore! For now the retreat does occasionally get visited by a friendly free roaming neighbor dog. So if you want a truly private area without interruption, we cannot guarantee that experience until we are able to complete a future fence dividing the neighboring 5 acre parcel.
