Large backyard oasis for pets and humans to share! Large turf area with Adirondack chairs for the humans and dog toys and water for the pups. The pool is large with a sun shelf for small and large dogs toys cool off. There are lounge chairs and outdoor furniture for humans and dog beds for the pups. The pool is independently enclosed so you control access to that area when entering. The pool is kept at 87 degrees. There are water stations and hoses for the pups in both the turf and pool areas. There is an outdoor fridge for the humans if they want to bring water or drinks and keep them cool. The entire yard is surrounded by a 6 foot wood privacy fence so your pups can run free without distractions. We hope you enjoy our oasis!

At Sandy Bottom River Retreat you will find 8 acres of beautiful Florida woodlands, wetlands, and the river all in one place for you and your pup(s) to play and explore! There are tons of different sensory elements for you and your pup(s) to find throughout Sandy Bottom! Including but not limited to: 🌼 Wildflowers 🐓 Chicken Coop 🌲 Tree Swings 🦌 Wildlife 🐾 Trails 🐟 Fish 👃 Scents 🦋 Butterfriends 🔥 Firepits Our property is nestled on the river and is typically crystal clear, shallow and sandy bottomed; During the rainy season (July-Oct), the river becomes deep and dark colored, this can happen other times of the year as well when there is heavy rain for several days. It is very uncommon to see Alligators in the river where we are at but not impossible, and if you're lucky, on a rare occasion you might catch sight of river otter! We're a 1 acre property tucked into a little corner of rural area off of 39 in Zephyrhills. The area is bustling with farm life. We have some areas that are sunny and some that are shaded. It's relatively quiet, but does have moments of farm activity. Some of the wildlife that you may see in the area are: Sandhill Cranes, Red Cardinals, Bluejays, Catbirds, Pileated Woodpeckers, Eastern Gray Squirrels, Black Vultures, and Red Shoulder Hawks. Some of the farm life you may see/hear: horses, chickens, emus, peacocks, goats, pigs, donkeys, feral cats, and cows. We have folding chairs, a porch swing, and a tree swing available to you to relax in. We offer fresh water and a bowl for your dog, if needed. And we have a small trash bucket available. Sometimes you just want a safe, relaxing space where your furry family member can be a dog without any drama. That's why I opened The Old Seminole Heights Private Dog Park. Think of it as the perfect "day date" for you and your dog. We've set about a half-acre of natural space for your dog to run, sniff, and play to their heart's content. Our mature trees provide tons of natural shade, so even on a hot Florida day, you can both stay cool and comfortable. This isn't just a place to let your dog off the leash; it's a peaceful sanctuary where you can both unwind. We prioritize safety and a relaxed atmosphere, so you can enjoy some quiet time while your best friend has the time of their life. Come see why our private park is the ideal spot for a little quality time with your favorite pup. Parking arrangements: Please pull right into the driveway. I do ask that you keep your vehicles off of the concrete area in front of the fence right next to the house. If the driveway is not available, pull into the front yard parallel to the road. Back your vehicle up to the big stone. Thanks! There are no trespassing signs throughout the property. They are for warning non welcomed random strangers. Hideaway Trails Retreat

Hideaway Trails Retreat is 5 acre half of a fully fenced 10 acre area. There is no fence with the neighboring parcel which is separated by beautiful Florida wild. There is a parking area near the hosts house. Beyond that is trails and forest for our furry friends to play and explore! For now the retreat does occasionally get visited by a friendly free roaming neighbor dog. So if you want a truly private area without interruption, we cannot guarantee that experience until we are able to complete a future fence dividing the neighboring 5 acre parcel.

I say Partially Fenced because the walking trail only has a partial fence due to a small section that is a city creek i cant fent that small section but its very open safe and free range for Dog training or behavior practice. Splash and Run Club—Pool and fenced yard for your furbabies!

Well manicured and safe backyard for furbabies to enjoy being outside and to play. We have a 4 dog max per reservation due to the clean up process between visits. If you’re interested in going a dog party with more dogs, please reach out to me beforehand. An extra hour of booking will be required to allow for clean up time. The pool is 3.5-5ft deep as well as an in-pool hot tub. If you are interested in the hot tub being heated, please select that in the ‘Extra’ options. Two humans included with dog reservation.
