The space offers a combination of grassy fields, small wooded area, and a small pond for dogs to run and explore. There is a seating area and garbage bin for owners to use. This Sniffspot provides your dog the opportunity to just be a dog! When you book a visit you will be the only person on the property, so there is no risk of distractions caused by other people or animals. Please park in front of the big gates and enter the park through the green gate to the left. If you have a new pup that is having recall problems, or you have a reactive dog, this is a perfect stress-free environment for them to enjoy. They will be able to run and play without risk of getting too far, or seeing another dog. We also offer an assortment of agility equipment. This is a private rental, when you book you are the only one in the space. We have three areas for you to enjoy, all are fully fenced and are included in the rental price. We have a fully fenced acre of woods with a trail that goes through to explore. It is accessed through the gate in the backyard. We also have a front yard and deep backyard, great for running, fetch and recall training. The yard is 1.5 acres and also fully fenced. During the summer you have access to two seating areas including a picnic table, gazebo for shade (seasonally) a 30 foot tether is also available if you would like to have your dog stay beside you while you relax. During the winter, paths are plowed in both yards and in the woods within 3-5 hours of a significant snowfall. Hard packed snow and mild weather can create icy sections on the property, we put down sand and pet safe ice melt on the trails to help. Feel free to contact us for trail conditions before booking. Wonder if a bench could be added in the north west? Would be even more perfect then. Would love to go with more dog friends. The farm dogs across the road today were very vocal.

Having a reactive dog, I'm so happy that this place exists for her and her best friend to play! I've never seen another human or dog around. The fence is secure and the field is massive! Highly recommend wearing cleats on your boots, as it can be slippery. In the summer, bring an umbrella if you don't want to be in full sun. There is a small shaded area but it's full of burs.

A great spot to let my 8 month puppy have some off leash time! She is pretty nervous of various sounds and sights. The property is off of a busy main road but luckily there is a big hill/treed area in the middle of the property so she could still play at the back of the property with a buffer from the view of traffic while still being exposed to the sounds. There was also agility jumps that we had fun with. Clayton reached out prior to our booking to ensure we wouldn’t have an issue finding the spot. Thank you- will definitely be rebooking soon!

Perfect location to let our high-energy pup burn that energy. Lots of room to walk/run/sniff/play. Can launch balls across field without worrying about losing them in someone else's yard! Love this location. Although it is Spring, and we fully expected to have some wet and muddy spots, there was plenty of space for my little puppy to let loose and run around. It was clean, and I hope to go back soon and during the summer. My only concern was that the fence, for very small dog, might not be secure enough, but otherwise, up to me to make sure he stays close to us at all times. We'll be back for sure, great great location!
