And if you give me a little advance notice - I can heat up the wood-fired cedar hot tub for your human companions (for an additional fee) with towels, outdoor shower, etc... We are close to all kinds of trails (with streams), lakes, mountain biking, etc. At 3500', we do get snow in the winter, too! I have a friendly border collie mix that I share with my ex - but I will keep her inside if I have people/visitors using the dog yard.

Hello! We have 2.5 fully fenced acres for your dog to run, sniff, swim and explore. We have goats on the property that are fenced separately, but dogs have access to smell them. There are horses, goats, donkeys, and chickens on the neighboring properties. There is a pond and a pool that isn’t fenced once inside the yard. I have a dog who will bark when you arrive, but he does stop. There are several cats on the property who are used to large dogs and very good at disappearing. Chances are you won’t see them at all. I also have two small pastures that can be closed off to keep dogs in a smaller area if necessary. Lots of trees for shade. Our grass is always cut down and we keep the property watered (as best as possible) so no sign of rattlesnakes. During the spring/summer months, there are stickers, welcome to country life! Dogs are allowed in the pool, I just ask that you don’t let them in the pond and then the pool. It makes it very dirty. Please rinse them off if they do before entering the pool. The pool is salt water. If you want to swim with your fur baby, please click the “extra” to add that and follow all rules. I try to meet everyone for their first visit but if I can’t I will send a message letting you know. There is a picnic table and chairs so feel free to bring a snack or picnic lunch and enjoy.
