Description

Flat grassy back yard with lots of sun and a few shaded areas, fully fenced in. Neighbors have roosters that can occasionally be heard and lots of birds, lizards and frogs to be seen on cooler days. Please enter through the gate on the left side of the house only. Some neighbors do have their own pets so if your dog is highly reactive to other dogs this will likely not be the best fit for you. I also have weekly yard maintenance and try to keep up with debris from the palm tree but you may occasionally see sticks and such. Please feel free to use the hose on the side of the house and turn it off after each use. Doggie bags for cleanup and sanitized water bowls can be provided if requested ahead of time, as well as doggy towels and treats. Absolutely 0 cigarette smoking or alcohol drinking on property. Surveillance cameras are in place for everyone's safety. Medical cannabis patients welcome if medical prescription has not expired. All guests are reminded that the host is not liable for loss of property such as toys or treats and will not be held liable for negligent behavior.

Please use entrance located on the left side of the house. Please make sure to pick up dog waste to the best of your ability. Due to occasional back to back bookings there may ocassionally be missed dog waste and extra toys in the yard since i am not always home. Double check before you leave to ensure no water bowls, toys, or accessories are left behind. Wifi password is available upon request. Address will be given after booking.

The fence near the street is ~6 feet and the fence that separates our neighbor's yard is ~4 feet. We have a large inground pool that dogs and humans are welcome to enjoy. We have a covered area with a table, chairs and loveseat. Because we have dogs ourselves, guest dogs and humans will not be allowed up the stairs to the 2nd level deck.
