Hi we are Jennifer and Joe. Our backyard is located on a canal in New Port Richey. The yard is fenced with the exception of the canal itself. The fence near the street is ~6 feet and the fence that separates our neighbor's yard is ~4 feet. We have a large inground pool that dogs and humans are welcome to enjoy. We have a covered area with a table, chairs and loveseat. Because we have dogs ourselves, guest dogs and humans will not be allowed up the stairs to the 2nd level deck. There will be a partition in place to prevent access.

The total land amounts to 2.5 acres we don't currently have a dog so most areas would be open to dog traffic. The Pool not so much.

Bring your dogs to rip and run! Explore the scents, try out some new toys, and get some sunshine with your best friend(s). There’s a big open field to play or train. There’s naturally shaded areas towards the back of the property to cool off and explore. Fresh water and toys are always available for the fur family. There’s a seating area provided for our human friends. Most of the field is grass and there’s some big sandy spots. There’s a private entrance to the field at the front of the property. The pool is large with a sun shelf for small and large dogs toys cool off. There are lounge chairs and outdoor furniture for humans and dog beds for the pups. The pool is independently enclosed so you control access to that area when entering. The pool is kept at 87 degrees. There are water stations and hoses for the pups in both the turf and pool areas. There is an outdoor fridge for the humans if they want to bring water or drinks and keep them cool. The entire yard is surrounded by a 6 foot wood privacy fence so your pups can run free without distractions. We hope you enjoy our oasis!

Chairs and shade if needed.There is a trampoline if your pet has a wild side, ours do, as well as a tire and rope for chewing or swinging. No fertilizers, pesticides used in the yard or home. Our dog that lives on property takes flea medication monthly.
