Welcome to Newburyport’s High Street private yard dog play area! I am a secure 100% fenced half-acre private dog park close to a coffee shop, a natural food grocery store, a gas station, the waterfront rail trail, and two large beautiful public parks. Enjoy all Newburyport has to offer before or after your dog(s) run and play leash free in my yard for a more enjoyable and relaxing day. I offer seasonal refreshments and treats for humans and ice cold, fresh water for dogs along with chicken-free treats. There is a community ball bin where you can take or leave a dog toy/ball. We have a stick library and a dedicated dig zone. Guests love the 1/2 acre being open and clear to see their dog(s) wrestle and fetch without colliding into other objects. We are set back from busy High Street with plenty of parking and direct access to the yard through a large gate. Because we are in a popular city neighborhood, Saturdays tend to be loudest with neighbors doing lawn work and kids and dogs can be heard in the distance. There is plenty of space in the yard to avoid the view, in the distance, of people walking by but if your dog is super reactive to everything it might take a few visits for the dog to relax and enjoy the yard. I have made my space affordable and accommodating to owners who appreciate the hard work that goes into making my space available. I hope you enjoy, return often, and spread the word!

All Star Pet Care Sniff Spot .5 acres of fenced in fun!

I have a .5 acre lot, completely fenced in with a 6 ft high chain link fence. My yard provides, a (orange hose) for water or to fill dog pool (in the Summer), seating, treats, poop bags / scoopers with trash can, dog bedsn etc! *Please enjoy our "Dog House" it provides shelter from the rain, A/C in the summer, Heat in the cooler months, bottled water in fridge, and a small play area available inside the fenced in area with toys and more! It is a very private area, especially during the day! *I do have two dogs of my own and a large yard, I try my best to keep it as clean as possible! You may hear them but they are secured in my home. *Fall is here! We try to keep the leaves at bay the best we can! *Please keep off the deck unless you need shelter from inclement weather.

10 acres of off leash trails & fenced in yard

We have about 600sqft of fenced in backyard, accessible from 2 sides, either the "meadow" or the chicken coop side. The chickens are free range and like to hang out on the coop side. We also have 10acres of trails in the woods. Trails are marked with painted blazes on the trees. There are also a couple obstacles on the trail that our children use but are dog friendly. The trailhead is accessible from the beginning of the driveway or the chicken coop side. We also have a dog friendly dog that loves puppy playdates.

One corner sits a few inches lower where the ground slopes, so the lowest point is about 4.5 feet — worth knowing if your dog is a determined jumper. Seating around the fire pit area (the fire pit itself is not for guest use). Water hose available in the warmer months; in winter, please bring water for your pup.
