This spot is truly a peaceful oasis, featuring a spacious deck and patio, several comfortable outdoor seating areas, and a well-manicured yard with beautiful plantings. During your stay, please be sure to take advantage of the many additional amenities we offer to make this an experience you and your pup(s) will really enjoy. If time allows before or after your visit, try exploring the charming town of Greenlawn which is in walking distance from this spot. Greenlawn has a convenient LIRR train station, many wonderful restaurants, and great shopping, including pet shops and groomers.

My backyard is spacious and easy access off route 111 Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the spot. Parking on the street. Make sure the area is safe and secure before letting your dog off leash. Arrive and leave on time, this is Important for safety. Pick up after your dogs. Leave the spot as it was when you arrived. Always review and abide by spot specific rules. restrooms are not available on site.

Yard is fully fenced to keep your lil ones from escaping. Gate it’s latched so they won’t be able to open it up. Yard is fully lit at night time. We have water, doggy bags, hand sanitizer, seating area with shade and much more!! Entrance to the yard is on the left side of the house. Please do not enter on the driveway side. Give your pup a cool break at our 4 acre partially fenced private dog park over 100 meters from the street with water, grass, woods and more! Human friends can take a break in the shade and watch for some of the magnificent birds that also visit the river while your pup is having the time of it’s life. Private parking onsite. **Back patio is off limits. It is not fenced but please respect this space, tables, chairs, etc., as my private space and refrain from sitting/lounging. Please also refrain from in using the swing set. Please do your best to keep pups from running through any plantings! All other space in front yard near the river and backyard grassy area and woods are available to explore!

Tiny apartment? The dog run won't work for you? Visit one of the only Sniffspots in Manhattan to let your dog stretch his legs, do some zoomies, and help homeless pups in the process! We have a large open space for your dog to run and play, a bathroom for your use, poop bags and cleaning supplies for accidents, and you can help yourself to available dog toys! Muddy Paws Rescue takes in over 1,000 dogs every year from shelters in NYC and other states (but don't worry, they all live in foster care so your pup can have the place to themselves!). By bringing your pup to our Sniffspot, your rental fee will go entirely towards our operations, helping to cover the cost of medical care, treats, toys, food, and so much more. We are located on 9th Avenue and 54th St in Hell's Kitchen.

Come let your pups explore off-leash roaming in Northwest Yonkers, just down the road from Hudson River Museum & Untermyer Gardens. Plenty of space to sniff, run, and maybe even chase some squirrels! Patio furniture, hammock during warm months & wi-fi for pet parents to lounge while your dog(s) get tired. The hammock is rated for over 300 lbs - move to your desired shade or sunny spot and enjoy but please move it back so the "runway" is clear for the next pups. Summertime brings water features! Doggie pool and splash pad will be available. Please turn off the water when done. Some towels will be available but please bring extras for the car ride home. Playdates and parties welcome! Check the Extras to rent folding tables and chairs so you have less to worry about.
