Big, grassy, extremely well kept backyard with an umbrella table and 2 chairs, a little welcome box with paper towels, Hand sanitizer, bug spray, poop bags, etc., also a water dish for your dog. Parking available right in front of the house, and we also had access to the water hose. Definitely will recommend this SniffSpot, Communication with the homeowner was excellent. From Howard Beach, Queens, it took 45 minutes to get there on the Belt Pkwy, and southern state, nice ride, I booked the spot for an hour and a half, the period of time you book for is only for your dog. Was very pleased visiting this Sniffspot! The grounds were immaculate and the size was perfect for us. Unfortunately, I gave my girl her favorite ball and she chose to spend most of the time chewing on that instead of running around. I won't make that mistake again!
