The City of North Richland Hills Code of Ordinances Sec. 14-134. - Excessive noise states the following: Any person who shall harbor or keep on his premises, or in or about his premises under his control, any animal which by loud or unusual vocalization shall cause the peace and quiet of the neighborhood or the occupant of adjacent premises to be disturbed, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which such violation occurs or continues. Should your dog(s) create excessive and persistent barking while visiting the dog park, you and your dog must leave. 5. Dogs must display current identification tags and must be healthy, parasite free, and properly vaccinated, as required by Chapter 14 in the Code of Ordinances. If requested by an animal services officer, owners must provide proof of current vaccination and registration information. 6. In the event of dog bite or injury, the owners must exchange current identification tag information, addresses, phone numbers, and any other information that may be helpful in locating the dog(s). In all other NRH Parks and Trails, dogs must remain on-leash and under owner control at all times. 12. Dog handlers or owners must be at least 14 years of age or older. 13. For purposes of this section, a frail or elderly dog means a dog with physical mobility issues, vision or hearing problems or other health issues that may hinder the dog from protecting itself around other large, active dogs. 16. Dogs that are aggressive are not allowed in the dog park. For purposes of this section, aggressive means to pose a threat of harm to another individual or dog involving snarling, growling, snapping, biting, barking or lunging. 17. Patra's Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Arlington
Beautiful back yard with shaded areas and a bench. Very private. Nice neighbors. Quiet neighborhood with low crime rate. Pretty plants most of the year. I’ve seen lots of cool critters behind my fence as there is a small forrest and creek beyond my property. None have ever been aggressive. Owners with very small dogs need to take extra care that their dog doesn’t learn to escape through the rod iron fence. Some amenities are extra such as pool access. I also have an outdoor shower that could be used for dog washing that is extra.
