A beautiful rectangular fenced yard on quiet cul de sac street with outdoor couch on and table, fairy lights, and flower gardens. Dogs love to chase each other around the large tree, bask on the lawn, and explore the bamboo patch behind the sheds. Lots of birds and squirrels to watch. Areas of shade and sun, fire pit, water bowls, doggie bags, and trash cans. No dogs live in the house. There are neighbor dogs but rarely outside. My tenant very occasionally may come or go out the corner of the yard, but she loves dogs and will not bother you.

The yard is fully fenced at approximately 3¾ to 4 feet high, designed to be a secure "sniffing oasis" where your pup can enjoy off-leash freedom! Key Features & Amenities Doggy Play Zone: A large yard perfect for sniffing and playing! Relaxation for Humans: Guests can take advantage of the fire pit, tables, and garden chairs. The host often places seating throughout the yard so you can comfortably supervise your pup from a distance. Hydration: An outdoor water faucet and fresh bowls are provided to keep your dog hydrated during their zoomies. Safe & Private: To ensure a stress-free experience, there is a 30-minute buffer between bookings, meaning you’ll never have to worry about running into other dogs or people during your session. Willow Tree Yard

**FYI: Our spot is temporarily closed this month (April 2026), for some all-natural lawn maintenance/recovery. Sorry for the inconvenience.** Let your dog run free in our backyard that has a wooden privacy fence. They can also play or lounge under the shade of our large weeping willow tree. The lower deck has 3 lawn chairs, and the upper deck (accessible via stairs in the backyard) has 2 rocking chairs and a picnic table with 4 chairs. Use of shed in backyard is not an option (it will be locked). There is easy free street parking in our cul-de-sac. If your dog (or child) wants to use the toddler slide, feel free to pull it out onto the grass. If you would like me to make the box of children's toys available during your visit (for no extra charge), please select that option in the Extras section of your reservation. Note 1: When walking between your vehicle and the gate to our backyard, there may sometimes be other people or dogs on the street/sidewalk or in their front yards. Or there may sometimes be someone from our household leaving or arriving home (which involves walking between the front door and a car in our driveway). So please keep your dog on leash until you are inside the backyard with the gate closed (per standard SniffSpot rules). Note 2: If you would like to reserve a particular day/time that is not currently shown as available (especially if it is more than 30 days from now), please send me (the host) a chat message to find out if I can make it available for you. But also there is free street parking. Please enter through the GATE RIGHT OF THE HOUSE - please see pictures for location. 1b- Please keep dog’s leashes on upon entering and exiting the spot. 2- There are garden chairs and a bench, please feel free to use them. 3- There is a box filled with fun dog toys and a couple of dog treats for you all to enjoy. 4- There is a water hose and a bowl, please feel free to use them. 5- We would be appreciate if you left the backyard as you found it. IMPORTANT: ALL DOGS MUST BE LEASHED WHEN ENTERING AND EXITING THE SNIFFSPOT, AND THE LEASH SHOULD BE KEPT WITHIN EASY REACH FOR QUICK ACCESS. This yard has always been a special place for our family. Our dog loved racing through the grass here, full of energy and joy. After saying goodbye, my wife and I wanted to open the space to other dogs so they could enjoy it just as much as he did. Our large, fully fenced yard offers plenty of room to run, sniff, and explore safely. The 7-foot wooden fence keeps everything secure, perfect for off-leash play or reactive pups who need a little extra space. The yard features lush grass with mulch beds beneath mature trees, giving your dog both open sunshine and cool shade to enjoy. There’s a seating area with table and chairs, balls for playtime, and access to a hose and electrical outlet for your convenience. Off-street parking makes arrival easy and stress-free. Set in a quiet suburban neighborhood, just a short drive from Alexandria, Arlington and Washington DC. This is a peaceful spot to unwind, train, be off-leash and let your dog be a dog. We hope your pup feels right at home here. In the fall the yard gets covered in leaves. I do my best to keep them tidy, but they seem to have their own plans. Spacious 1/4 acre partially enclosed with privacy fencing, chain link, and wood. Height is approximately 3 3/4’- 4’ which contains most pups though some may scale it at the lowest points. There should be no gaps! Enjoy the toy rope hanging from the maple tree. Feel free to adjust height using the chain above the toy. There are also toys and treats in the bin on the back deck.
