3 Acre Unfenced Private Property with Pond In Wentzville

Park in the driveway or in the cul de sac in front of our house. Enter our backyard on either side of our home. Walk your dog around the pond, or let your dog take some jumps in from the dock. Be careful on the dock close to the water as there are two spot that need repair. We also have two beehives on the side of our pond. They won’t mess with you unless you approach/mess with their hive. It’s a nice quiet spot. Please feel free to ask any questions. We look forward to hosting you!

Welcome to my expansive backyard, which I don’t utilize enough! When you walk past the house and beyond the single tree, it feels like you’ve stepped into another world; it’s actually quite peaceful back there. I try to keep the grass semi-trimmed, and you’ll often notice many deer roaming around! There is a hammock and chairs available under the single tree. Bug spray and dog bags can also be found there. Near the deck, you will find a hose and a water container. Additionally, there is a trash can in my driveway on your right as you exit. Other than that, your dog has a wide open area to run as much as they want! 🐶
