55Had a great time! It’s hard to find safe and lit places for dogs to play after dark, which comes early these days. Always clean too.
55This is such a special little spot. Not only is it on beautiful property filled with fun art and decor, but the Sniff Spot is also filled with it. So many options for humans to play, interact, sit, and enjoy. Clean! New to this concept and LOVE that this was our first location. We will be returning. Such a wonderful option for dogs and their humans who want to be free of other dogs and humans. The host is also beyond sweet! Highly recommend!!
55Really nice space! Our dog loved, it’s not too big and it’s well fenced
55This place was great, our pup loved it. We'll definitely be back, maybe we'll try F2 next time.
55awesome and cool toys
55This space is AMAZING! Our sweet girl Juniper had an amazing time running free in Field 1! There were lots of toys and tennis balls to through and we even tried the agility course for fun. That will be more focus next time. We will definitely be back!
55Such a beautiful and unique Sniffspot! It was great having an abundance of toys, seating options, agility equipment and open space to play in. We will definitely be coming back soon!
55Wonderful spot. Had everything you need and gorgeous property.
55Beautiful spot and great fenced area for my pup to run around and get great exercise. Also, I took my 89 yo mother who was able to use her walker to comfortably walk to Field 1 and hang-out while my pup played. She thought it was a great adventure.
55It was a quiet and relaxing afternoon. My dog enjoyed running free.

HOST REPORTS

Sometimes

“once in the park, you won't see any other dogs. but, exiting and entering your car, you 'may' see another dog in our second dog field, which has several buildings and space between the two. both fields also have a completely separate entrance, so the chance is slim of seeing another dog. We have two Frenchies, Ernie and Ivy, who are usually in the house with us, but on occasion they'll be in our inner backyard, which is not visible at all with greenscreen in between areas. They are both quiet pups.”

“sometimes the cows are in the corral across the driveway in the corral, but it’s usually never an issue. they are mostly out on the pasture, therefore they would not be seen. they are scottish highland cows, which are the most docile breed. they do not spook. you can bring apple chunks, pear chunks or even bread. they love treats! if you bring carrots, don't bring the prepeeled baby ones. they won't eat them. thanks!”

Description

AS YOU KNOW, WE TRY HARD TO KEEP THE PARKS UPDATED AND COMFORTABLE FOR EVERYONE, TWO AND FOUR FOOTED. THANKS FOR YOUR LOYALTY AND SUPPORT! WE APPRECIATE IT! OPEN 7am TO 9pm VERY IMPORTANT!!! EACH PARK (F1 AND F2) HAS A SEPARATE ENTRANCE AND DRIVEWAY WITH THE SAME ADDRESS. SO, YOU MUST READ THE SPECIFIC DRIVING DIRECTIONS INTO EACH PARK. PLEASE TELL YOUR FRIENDS TOO IF THEY'RE MEETING YOU HERE. THANK YOU!!! upon entering into either park, you won't be able to see people or dogs in F2 while you are in F1. Proud to be Sniffspots most popular park(s) with the most reviews. Read about us in the February 27, 2024 issue of Newsweek magazine, June 5, 2023 issue of Womens World Magazine, and the Business Insider's June 9, 2022 articles. You and your pups will love our very artistic boho farm! Mud free paved entrance and patio, extra picnic table, chairs and tables, swing, toys, night lighting til 10pm, light up collars/leashes upon request, disc golf basket, clean porta potty access, doggie poop bags hanging all around the field w/disposal cans! There's alot more to the 7 1/2 acre farm that makes it very unique. it's sort of like a rural "Portlandia". We've hosted dozens of weddings, parties, concerts, and reunions here in the past. So, just ask if you'd also be interested in using the farm for your own special event! We've had tons of doggie play date and birthday parties here. Just inquire first letting me know how many cars there'd be. If too many cars for F1, then F2 will work out during dry months, as you can drive your cars right into the field. Hope to see you and your pups playing out here soon! We try very hard to remain the #1 spot between both parks, globally. Thank you for helping us achieve that by continuing to support us!! Combined we are now almost 8,000 reviews!

Additional rules

PLEASE Help us out by picking up any random poop you may see. We aren't always around, so we don't have the extra time to walk the pastures after each booking. Otherwise, we'd have to drastically raise the hourly rates, which we'd rather not have to do. So, please be responsible, and watch each dog defecate, and then address it before looking away at other things. We provide poop bags all around the field. We've had a few complaints lately of people having to pick up random poop, which nobody wants to have to do. It's frustrating, as we truly try our best to make it a great experience here. But, we can't be the poop police too and have to charge $20 an hour. Thank you, Thank you!! We provide a trash can for its disposal. Please also be sure your dog(s) are also not digging holes in the field. And lastly. please pick up all toys and put them away when leaving. Thank you!!!! We hope you have an amazing time here! We think you'll love it! Thanks for supporting our funky farm!

🌿 Creekside Acres – 5+ Acre Private Dog Park in Oregon City

Partially Fenced
5 acres

A peaceful, private space where dogs can run, sniff, and explore freely. Spring is one of our favorite seasons—the creek is flowing, the pasture is green, and many guests return again and again to experience it. We are a rural, outdoor property designed for dogs who need room to run, sniff, and decompress. Please note it is partially fenced and bordered by foliage and Abernathy Creek. Other Animals & Activity: • No other dogs are present on the property. • Two cats may be visible; please supervise dogs that chase cats. • The property is mostly quiet; occasional outdoor activity from the homeowner may occur. • Occasional machinery or vehicle noise may be heard from surrounding areas. Terrain: This is a natural field environment. Terrain may include: • Uneven ground • Natural holes or divots • Sloped areas • Tall grass and seasonal vegetation • Mud depending on weather • Rocks, roots, and other natural features • Wildlife and insects Guests should wear appropriate footwear and supervise dogs at all times. Farm Equipment: Farm equipment may be present on the property. Please stay off all equipment. Booking & Access: Access is limited to your booked time only. No early arrivals or extended stays. Creek Access: Abernathy Creek runs along part of the property and may be accessible to dogs throughout the pasture. Please note: • Creek banks may be steep or uneven • Owner access to the creek may be limited in certain areas • Water depth and flow vary depending on season and rainfall Creek access is generally easier for dogs; human access may be difficult. If your dog is likely to enter the water, they should have reliable recall and be comfortable navigating natural terrain. Owners must supervise their dogs near the creek at all times. Health & Safety Reminder: Dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations. By booking, guests acknowledge that this is a working rural property with natural outdoor conditions and accept responsibility for their dogs and themselves.

Private Dog Park by the Creek

Partially Fenced

Private Dog Park on 1+ Acres Near Mt. Scott Creek IMPORTANT: Fresh tap water is not available in the dog field across the creek, and water bowls are not provided. If you prefer that your dog not drink from the creek, please bring your own drinking water and bowl. Just five minutes from Clackamas Town Center, our one-acre field offers plenty of open space, rolling hills, and access to peaceful Mt. Scott Creek. The creek flows year-round, although the water level drops during summer, and several areas allow dogs to wade and cool off on warm days. Please be aware that the creek is not fenced at either end, so this spot may not be suitable for dogs likely to follow the creek beyond the property. We do not use conventional chemical pesticides. The field is treated with organic diatomaceous earth in early spring and late fall to help control pests. The creekside can become muddy during winter, but most of the property—especially the upper fields—remains dry throughout the year. Please bring: • Drinking water for your dog • Your own water bowl • A towel during wet or muddy weather Because the property is large, dog waste can easily be missed. Please keep track of where your dog goes and pick up all waste after. Complimentary waste bags are provided, with one trash bin near the creek and another in the upper field. Your attendance has allowed us to continue development of our Disney Land for dogs and being a contributor to the Portland Humane Society. Toward that end this is what we have to offer at present with more to come. Two main walking trails, with two offshoot trail loops at present. Signage is there at each to help you in and out of each. Each has a selection of walking sticks at the trailhead, should you choose to use them. Appropriate good grip footwear is recommended especially during our monsoon season. Trail one, the shorter of the two, is about 25 minutes give or take, and takes a degree of dexterity more than trail too. Trail two contains two loops trails that take 30 to 45 minutes there and back to the parking area. The trail has two rest areas to sit with umbrellas to keep the rain off when needed. Trail 2, loop two has large Vern plant areas like you may have seen in the Jurassic Park movies. There are (2) Two parking areas, one much larger for up to 25 cars to accommodate larger group events. The 2nd is at the top of the hill b4 you go down into valley were you will see a sign letting you know that if your early you can park there till your designated reservation time. At the bottom you will find a porta potty for your convenience with a lighted pathway after the sun has set. For your convenience you will find seven Poop Depots with bag dispensers throughout the park. A guest ( Mark) donated a fire hydrant as a much appreciated pee station for many pups. There are two water play areas. The preferable one is now down by our inlet water pipes. Its a shallow pool area feed by spring water, so there is no concern about algae. We call it the pup self wash area because it’s only belly deep and is an absolute favorite of the pups to play in. It’s also proved to help pups who might be afraid or timid of playing in water to investigate it a little more. The other is the larger man-made pond area. This at one time was a large beautiful pond, that we had invested a large amount of money to development a Doggie Dock Dive. We had also a selection of small watercraft to help acclimate pups to being on the water with a parent. It included a selection of different size lifejackets for parents and pups. Floatable toys for retrieval were nearby. All that however became unusable because our neighbor who controls the water level with a dam did not like us having a private dog park and said if we didn’t shut it down he would just empty the pond, which he ultimately did and mow as a result has become a mud flat. We have a solution that will bring the level back up and have set up a Go Fund Me to help us with that expense. Any donation would receive a gift certificate to show our appreciation. They can use it for their own use or it can be given to a non Sniff Spot member to use at our park for various functions. Our Muddy Paw Spa has multiple cleaning brushes, paw wash cups, a spray hose and the more favorite is a water spray wash glove that sprays water out of the palm of the glove. This is an important option especially during our monsoon season to clean pups and shoes before getting into the car. Included, are multiple towels to dry off your pup, and a close line to hang the wet towels on to dry off. In the area where you see all the picnic tables, you will see a Doggie Dig Box filled with beach sand for those pups who have the need to just dig. Near to that is an upright 50 Pd “Tug of War” that big pups love. Next is a childrens play area to play in and on. We installed a tetherball for the children, but soon learned that the pups love playing with it, who would have guessed? Down from the children’s play area is a comprehensive agility course with all the obstacles that you would see on the YouTube obstacle course events. Love seeing the pups racing around that. Multiple toy stations. If on your visit, you would like to donate unused toys for other pups to enjoy that would certainly be appreciated. A long mowed area above the pond for long distance ball and frisbee retrieval. They’re also a few frisbee catchers there to practice frisbee throwing accuracy. Long, medium range and putter frisbees are provided. A 10 x 10 doggy dig sandbox for those pups to enjoy digging. A tug-of-war for those pups will enjoy a good tug. The picnic area has been expanded to accommodate pup, birthday parties, pup, groups, and family gatherings. For those bringing young children, a swingset. Solar lighting around trees, parking area and the porta potty will help to illuminate these areas when darkness falls. There are water dispensers with water bowls. There is another area being developed presently that will become an urban agility course.

Proud to be chosen as Sniffspot's global business model again in the February 27, 2024 online Newsweek magazine, the June 5, 2023 of Womens World magazine. Also featured in Business Insider on June 9, 2022. YOU'RE WELCOME TO DRIVE UP TO 3 RIGS INTO THE PARK, MUD FREE (stopping at end of asphalt), then closing the big farm gate behind you so that you can release your 10# and over pup(s) without leashes. or worry of them getting into the road! VERY IMPORTANT: EACH PARK (F1 AND F2) HAS A SEPARATE ENTRANCE AND DRIVEWAY WITH THE SAME ADDRESS. SO, YOU MUST READ THE SPECIFIC DRIVING DIRECTIONS INTO EACH PARK. PLEASE TELL YOUR FRIENDS TOO IF THEY'RE MEETING YOU HERE. THANK YOU!! Upon entering, you won’t be able to see the people or dogs in field one (F1) while you are in F2. Maybe just a glimpse of them when they are arriving or leaving their cars from a distance. We have buildings and trees that separate the two. We offer poop bags all around the field, and a garbage can for your use (used poop bags only please). If you happen to see a pile someone missed, please help us out, but PLEASE BE AWARE OF YOUR PETS AND PICK UP AFTER THEM, TOYS TOO!!!. Thank you so much for your cooperation! We also provide a large fence attached bowl and water hose, balls/chukits and fun toys, comfy swing, gazebo rain shelter, and plenty of tables/benches. Bring your friends and their dogs and make a party out of it! If you'd like to have an event on our farm anywhere, we can discuss your wants and make something work for you. We also host overnight stays in two cottages we have on the property. BUT, you CANNOT bring your pets here to stay the night. We want to keep the cottages pristine and dander free for our Airbnb glamping guests that book here. Thanks for reading! Hope to see you here soon! We know you will love our magical farm!
