Description

We have 11 acres your dog could run on that is secluded and private. There is a 2/3 mile loop trail that goes around a pine forest. There is a cool and shaded pine forest with a carpet of pine needles your dog could run in and you can hang out in. Bring your chairs and enjoy the mountain scenery and have a picnic you want. If your dog poops on the trail, pick it up and toss it in the weeds. If your dog poops in the weeds, we don't care. You would need to bring all your own supplies. There is plenty of parking. Our property borders a railroad so you will need to keep your dog off the tracks. If you could send me a message before you book a time about what time you are considering it would be appreciated.

The highway is about 1/10 of a mile from the area where you park. The railroad tracks are by the path but trains only come through about 2-3 times a day.

My husband Greg and I have owned this beautiful mountain view property for 30 years. We would like dogs and their owners to enjoy our property as well. There is a loop trail around the pine forest and plenty of property to run on.

Mostly flat terrain for easier walking. Some trails are rocky, some have alot of protruding roots, ground is uneven in areas. You're very likely to see squirrels and deer. Occasional dog barking in the background. Sometimes neighbors mowing/ kids playing. Pretty private, but not completely isolated. You might see a car driving past. Clearing will be squishy and back trails might be muddy after it rains. Not necessary to bring poop bags, just relocate it if it ends up where you walk. Springs for your dogs to drink from.
