Welcome to my private, fully fenced large yard where your dog can safely run, sniff and relax with no other dogs present. This space is designed for peaceful, one-on-one time for just you and your pup. Open 1/2 acre with no trees so plenty of space for your pups to run and do zoomies and get some great exercise. Secure area with 6’ high fencing. The area is not connected to our home so it gives you private time with your dogs. All visits must be booked at least 2 hours in advance through Sniffspot for each day and time-no drop-ins or recurring standing visits. This helps keep the schedule fair and ensures every guest has a reserved, private experience. 🌾 Sniffspot Update: I’m excited to share a new little touch of barnyard magic — Hat of the Month has officially arrived! Each month, you’ll find a few featured hats at the Hat Station and Photo Spot for your pup to try on and enjoy. It’s just a fun way to make your visit a little more memorable. Please share your photos with me too. This month’s hat: crazy hats 🎩 Let your dog strike a pose, and snap a cute photo during your visit. Help yourself, have fun, and as always — Come sniff, stay awhile, and capture the country dog magic. We are located right off of 119 in Pepperell. Please pull down my driveway and park as far right at the turn so that driveway doesn’t get blocked. My mastiffs will be in the house or in their fenced area off the house but may possibly see you and you may hear them barking or howling but they are just jealous you are out in their barnyard having fun 😊. 🐾 A Note on Wildlife & Scents: This spot features an authentic 1880s barn with no animals (just used for storage). While the yard is completely fenced, local small wildlife (like rabbits, chipmunks and field mice) can frequently nest under the old barn foundation. The lingering scents are amazing for dogs who love a 'Sniffari,' but if your pup has a very high prey drive or gets easily frustrated by animal smells they can't reach, please keep this distraction in mind before booking!

I’ve been a dog lover since I was a kid. I’ve had furkids for over 30 years and I’m a Cane Corso momma. They make my life complete ♥️ I’ve been to dog parks before and never happy about the amount of aggressive dogs off leash that run up to us and also don’t like the amount of 💩 all over the place. I love having this piece of fenced in land to allow dogs to come and enjoy a safe place to run and play 😊

This backyard oasis was built for my Golden Retiver, Cooper. He enjoyed romping around in the grass, climbing over the rocks, and most especially swimming in the pool! It makes my heart happy to share this with other pups and their humans. Safe and secure for pups of all shapes and sizes. Humans need to be careful on natural stone steps to the pool. This is a three tired backyard. The entrance has a small patio, the pool deck then an expansive lawn area below. Plenty of room for running and playing!

About 1 acre fully fenced in yard with a 6 foot privacy fence, except the gate - (which is 4 ft chain link). Bench & patio furniture for the humans. Cushions are in the shed, please just return them to the shed after use. We have poop bags, a trash bucket, water dishes, and toys also in the shed along with a kiddie pool you can use. In the summer there is a water faucet attached to the barn, right in the yard to fill the kiddie pool or water bowls. A frost free faucet located right outside the fence, on the back of the house is usable all year. Both are fed from a natural spring on property for crystal clear water. Please note we are are a working woodshop so you may hear, and occasionally see people, on your walk to the backyard.
