Dogs can dig in the creek, run around the large fenced yard, and bark at squirrels that run along the fence. Located on a quiet, dead end road, parking is street only. This is an active permaculture farm, so expect compost piles, garden equipment, and slightly uneven ground. There are many flowers and plants; please do not allow dogs to dig in garden beds - they will be marked. Thanks!

It is fully 1 ace private open, combination with trees shade area, that is in Portland. My spot is very not far by the freeway, easily accessible and has private entrance. We provide freshwater and poop bags for dogs. Chairs for people. Dog party are welcome! Please clean up after your dog, if you have kids, please keep the kid safe. Our Sniffspot is designed for dogs to enjoy private playtime, not as a venue for human parties or gatherings. We do not have restroom facilities. For the safety and comfort of all guests, a maximum of 2 adults is permitted per dog. For example, 1 dog may have up to 2 adults, 2 dogs may have up to 4 adults, and 20 dogs may have up to 40 adults. This policy helps ensure the space is used primarily for the dogs’ enjoyment and maintains a safe, comfortable environment for all guests.

Give your dog the freedom to run, explore, and play in a spacious, fully fenced private backyard designed with pups in mind. Our yard features plenty of open space with simple landscaping, making it perfect for fetch, zoomies, training sessions, or just enjoying some off-leash time. The yard is enclosed by a secure 6-foot-tall fence and offers multiple shaded areas to help keep dogs comfortable on warm days. Fresh water is always available, and we've provided chairs for humans and a cozy dog bed for pups who need a break between adventures. While the backyard does face the street and there is some ambient street noise, the space itself is very private and securely enclosed, allowing you and your dog to relax and enjoy your visit. As lifelong dog lovers, we created this space because our own beloved senior dogs have reached the stage where they prefer naps over chasing balls. We'd love to share their once-busy playground with new puppy friends and energetic dogs looking for a safe place to run, play, and make happy memories. Private Dog Park on 1+ Acres Near Mt. Scott Creek IMPORTANT: Fresh tap water is not available in the dog field across the creek, and water bowls are not provided. If you prefer that your dog not drink from the creek, please bring your own drinking water and bowl. Just five minutes from Clackamas Town Center, our private one-acre field offers plenty of open space, rolling hills, and access to peaceful Mt. Scott Creek. The creek flows year-round, although the water level drops during summer, and several areas allow dogs to wade and cool off on warm days. Please be aware that the creek is not fenced at either end, so this spot may not be suitable for dogs likely to follow the creek beyond the property. We do not use conventional chemical pesticides. The field is treated with organic diatomaceous earth in early spring and late fall to help control pests. The creekside can become muddy during winter, but most of the property—especially the upper fields—remains dry throughout the year. Please bring: • Drinking water for your dog • Your own water bowl • A towel during wet or muddy weather Sniffin’ Hours: Monday to Sunday Spring & Summer: 8 AM – 9:00 PM Autumn & Winter: 8 AM – 7 PM During your visit, our two 5-year-old Doberman-Mastiff mixes will remain indoors so you and your pup can explore freely. Our creek is also a natural creek, so its water level and conditions can vary seasonally. Think of our spot like going on a secure mini hike in the Gorge! We’re always making improvements at Nature in the City, so you may notice new touches each time you visit! They’re usually well-hidden, but if your pup uncovers a nest, please cover it back up. If you see a baby wander out, gently place it back and redirect your dog. The bunnies have no scent, which helps protect them from predators, so dogs usually don’t notice them unless they spot movement. • 🌧️ Weather Reminder: Areas get muddy in rainy weather.
