I have 6 acres directly on the South Fork of the Shenandoah River. Great spot for small mouth fishing. Pictures taken are when the river was very low but regardless it’s still a pretty good spot to go out in the water. Also available to drop in or hop out for kayaking. This spot is my fully fenced-in back yard made especially for my dogs. Shady spots and sun. Lowest fence is 4 feet tall next to the neighbors and tallest is 6 feet tall next to woods. The neighbor side also has a screen fence over existing fence to keep tiny fingers and dog noses from coming through. They have small kids and a puppy. I also have an extra privacy screen I can put up, if needed. Your dogs will have plenty of space to run and explore. I have plenty of toys, balls, Frisbees and a baby pool for the pups. 🐕 😁

My home is located conveniently close to Massanutten Resort and Brix and Columns vineyard. There are friendly cats on the property, and they do not typically have any issues with dogs. They may try to interact with you, but feel free to shoo them away. With advanced request I can attempt to contain them for the duration of your visit, but this is not a guarantee.

We do have neighbors, but because we sit further back than other houses, our yard offers a lot of privacy with woods and a field surrounding us.
