Let your pup(s) run free! Our yard is fully fenced and 4 ft tall. There is plenty of space to run around and some shaded areas to cool down. Parents have a place to sit too! There’s a hose and water bowl as well. We have 2 dogs of our own that would love to play, but that is completely optional. Our neighbors behind us have chickens they let roam so don’t be surprised if you see them right up against our fence. They can be quite entertaining to watch. Toys may be scattered but are also located next to the grill as pictured. Poop bags are to the left of garage door next to the bush (also pictured). Thanks for stopping by! Private 20-Acre Wildlife Preserve with Nature Trails and Water Access

Bring your fur babies to this beautiful private wildlife preserve in Gerrardstown. Our private property features nature trails that lead to a 7 acre pond and private access to Back Creek. Your pups can take a swim in the pond or splash around in the beautiful crystal clear creek on the backside of the property. There are otters in the pond so be watchful that your fur babies don’t have a negative interaction with the wildlife. We only host one booking at a time so the full 20.56 acres will be yours for the time you reserve. Additionally this property has three main areas. At the base of the driveway, you will find a forested area with clearing to sit in the shade and let your pups play with the available dog toys or explore. Make your way to the back of that first main area to begin your first nature trail which leads you straight to the beautiful 7 acre pond where more seating is available. From the pond there’s another winding trail that takes you through the backside of the forest and then opens up on Back Creek. Parking: You can park at the top of the driveway, on the side of the road, or you can bring your vehicle down the driveway. For small cars it is recommended To park at the top of the driveway due to unlevel terrain. Before you leave the property: please clean up all of your dog waste and dispose of in the waste bins along with any trash. And please place the dog toys back in the bin. However, you will not see them nor any other domestic animals while here, since the Sniffspot is quite far away from the homestead.
