Our 2240 sq.ft. securely fenced private yard in downtown Redmond is perfect for small to medium sized dogs, but all sizes are welcome. We are new hosts, and a work in progress! We are prunning and spiffing-up, but the yard is safe and usable while our changes take place. The grass is sun-burned currently, but will green-up now that fall is here. Our place is fully fenced with mesh wire, which will keep all dogs secured. You can drive in, close the gate and let the dogs off leash from your car. The whole 3-acre is for you to enjoy, including the fenced-in meadow/arena, front and back around the house. Most of the land is flat and accessible. There are a couple of stairs and a small slope lead to my house and the back yard. I understand the significance of providing them with a safe space to unwind. We won’t come out when you are here without prior communication. There are no visible neighbors or other domestic animals nearby. It’s the perfect place for the dogs to relax and decompress. Welcome to Anna’s Backyard! 🐾 Enjoy a fun, spacious fully fenced-in backyard where dogs can safely run, explore, sniff, and get some great exercise off-leash. The entire yard is enclosed, so pups can play and roam without worrying about escaping. There’s a cozy seating area tucked underneath a beautiful grapevine, making it a relaxing spot for adults and kids to hang out while the dogs play. Kids are also welcome to enjoy the trampoline with adult supervision. A hose is conveniently located nearby for water, muddy paws, or a quick rinse, and garbage bags are provided for easy cleanup after your pup. Please note: Guests use the space at their own risk, and I’m not responsible for injuries, including trampoline-related injuries. Please supervise children on the trampoline at all times. Private Fully Fenced Yard in Kirkland

Conveniently located next to a public trail access, and located within private property. The lawn is a mix of short grass and soft moss, this is regularly maintained and never sprayed with chemicals or fertilizers. Fully fenced on all four sides with no low spots\gaps. One secured swinging gate at the entrance. Dedicated parking along the road just before the house and is clearly marked with a sign! The table next to the fenced area has a mailbox with hand sanitizer and other goodies, there is also a water\food bowl available. (I have a hose on the side of the house you are welcome to use) Please dispose of any used poop bags and other trash in the little blue trash bin under the table. The road next to the fenced area is privately owned, so the only people and vehicles that pass by are residents and delivery couriers but they are not very visible due to the difference in elevation. People occasionally pass by on the public trail and some do bring their pets, but it is mostly obscured from view by the trees on our property and separated by two sets of fences. Note that we are within hearing distance from a sportsman club\firing range, so at times there may be noise. Please reach out with any questions you may have!

Semi-private area, you may see me out watering the garden in the distance, but otherwise you have private parking on sight, water for your dogs and a place to toss your poop! For a small extra fee you can utilize an additional acre of area attached to the pasture, note the extra space is not as secure of fencing as the first.
