Our bath kit includes 2 clean towels, dog shampoo, Furminator de-shed conditioner, rubber brush, steel comb, and a regular brush so your pup can leave fresh and clean! You can use our smaller splash pad as a mat to prevent mud

Does a brand-new tennis ball make your pup go crazy!? I'd be happy to provide a new tennis ball for your visit you can take home afterward. (Our toy bin includes used tennis balls and rubber chuck it balls)

A great way to cool off! The splash pad is 75” wide and perfect for big and small dogs. Don't forget a towel!
Host Rules
-Pick up poop, bags available in the bin and by the gate, you can throw bags away in the garbage can outside the fence gate. -Don't allow dogs to dig holes -Make sure the hose is off and put away before you leave -4 cars max per reservation, park in the driveway. -No more than 4 dogs per handler, no more than 6 dogs per reservation. -Bringing friends/partners ok. All dogs must be accounted for in the reservation and up to date on all vaccines.

Hi, I'm Alyssa. I moved to Southside Richmond in September 2021 and adopted my dog Xena (The Warrior Princess) a month later! I work from home as a graphic designer for a non-profit so I'm excited to offer up my yard during the day. I also have a cat, Smalls (from the Sandlot) who might spy on you from a window. We're excited to welcome you to the Southside Sniffspot!

Come sniff and play at our fully fenced in yard conveniently located on the southside of the river near Westover Hills. Grab a morning coffee treat ☕️ from Blanchard’s and come play or stop by in the evening to get some energy out before happy hour at the Veil. 🍻 We have two friendly pups and a toddler but promise to stay out of your hair during your booking. We live on a quiet street with private driveway for easy access. 🏠 We’ll be adding more amenities as we go especially as the weather cools down- access to a firepit, toys and treats. 🪵 🎾 🐶 We have a large dirt/mud patch that’s due to a recent tree 🌳 removal/falling- hoping to grow some grass soon but in the meantime have fun and romp around for the pups- be sure to bring a towel if you book after a rainy day as it gets a bit muddy! For the rest of the summer we’ll offer access to a hose and doggie pool for extra cost 💲💦

Sophia's Fully Fenced 0.25 acre Yard For Dogs To Rent in the City
Our yard is around .25 acres and fully fenced with a 6ft privacy fence. Only 5 minutes from downtown! We do have a deck (perfect for throwing that ball!) and a patio. We live on a cul-de-sac so parking can be a bit wonky but there are usually spaces available or you’re welcome to pull into our driveway if one of our cars is not there. ***please read*** There’s been a recent disturbance in the lot behind our yard, some developer is cutting down trees and possibly paving a road to a housing unit that has yet to be built. At the moment we’re not sure exactly what is happening but we are gathering more info and will hopefully have a timeline of how long this construction work will be. If your dog is afraid of loud machinery, you may want to reschedule your visit for a Sunday. As of now that seems to be the only day of the week they’re not working back there. We are very sad this is happening near our yard, as part of the reason we bought this house was the privacy we felt in our back yard. Please bare with us as we try to navigate this situation, we will post updates as we get them. We totally understand if you choose to cancel your visit!
