Please pick up after your pups! Please refrain from digging as we have kids and pups of our own that actively use the yard when it is not being booked! If your dog is reactive please be consciously aware of other people walking their pups around! We live in a neighborhood that is very safe to walk in and there are a lot of dog owners! We are fully fenced but please try to be mindful of outsiders walking! We have access to a small pond/lake directly behind the yard! Only residents are allowed to use it but if you book a spot to use our yard, you are able to use the water as well!- the water is nothing special so keep in mind it may not be the cleanest but your pups are more than welcome to take a dip! If you have trash please throw it away and don’t leave it in the yard or on the patio as we have small children who will put anything in their mouths, thank you!

Hello! And welcome to our Sniffspot! We have two fur babies of our own, a corgi and lab mix! We understand the hassle and stress of finding a small place to let your pups run free! We have two dogs that are reactive and it can be stressful finding somewhere they can run around! That is why we have offered to open up our backyard!

Welcome to my expansive backyard, which I don’t utilize enough! When you walk past the house and beyond the single tree, it feels like you’ve stepped into another world; it’s actually quite peaceful back there. I try to keep the grass semi-trimmed, and you’ll often notice many deer roaming around! There is a hammock and chairs available under the single tree. Bug spray and dog bags can also be found there. Near the deck, you will find a hose and a water container. Additionally, there is a trash can in my driveway on your right as you exit. Other than that, your dog has a wide open area to run as much as they want! 🐶
